IL BORGO - Como Lake

The VILLAGE consists of three ancient and luxurious houses, dating back to the 1600s. They are all independent houses. One is the home of the only couple of guests, one is the home of the owners and the last is the holistic massage studio. The garden, swimming pool, hot tub, infrared sauna and woods are for the exclusive use of the two guests only. All surrounded by nature. Luca and Marina live in the VILLAGE, but do not use the amenities. The property is not suitable for children.

The location is close to the main ski areas as Madesimo (50km), Chiesa Valmalenco (60km), St. Moritz (100km), Pescegallo (26km), Como's Lake(7km from Colico), mountain trail for trekking and bicycle path(Sentiero Valtellina, Sentiero de Viandante) are reachable directly from the apartment.

It has a private garden where small pets are welcome. A few kilometers from Lake Como and the neighboring town of Verceia, you'll have access to the Tracciolino, an attractive destination for mountain bike enthusiasts. In the winter period, the use of methane gas for heating is paid for separately.

The apartment features a spacious 70-square-meter private terrace overlooking the lake. Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house (closest bus stop is 1,2km away).
