We are a few short minutes from the Gilbertsville Farmhouse, Far View Farms, and also conveniently located to Cooperstown All Star Village (17 miles) and Cooperstown Dreams Park (37 miles). Copes Corner Park is 3 miles away where you can fish or launch a kayak. The Unadilla Drive-In, breweries, snowmobile trails, and places to hike are also nearby.

Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Relax and unwind in this historic converted one-room schoolhouse. Built in 1870, the Parkston Schoolhouse served all grade levels in the Livingston Manor area. The schoolhouse was retired and converted to a cozy cottage style home in the mid 20th century and has recently been renovated into a stylish tiny home getaway. The home is tucked into the hillside along the beautiful, winding Willowemoc Creek and is set amidst a lush Catskill landscape just a five minute drive from Livingston Manor.

During the day, take advantage of the local hiking, skiing, farmer's markets, restaurants and shopping.

The Hamden Inn dates from the early 1840s. It contains two separate units, providing an ideal retreat for small or large groups. Enjoy activities like hiking and fishing plus the antiques, stores and restaurants in nearby Andes, Delhi and Bovina. The quiet town of Hamden is a relaxing place to unwind and this upstairs apartment is designed for long term stays. The inn is just a ten-minute drive from conveniences including a pharmacy, grocery store and a weekly farmer's market.

Just outside my home town of Delhi, 18 minutes to Maple Shade Farm (it's a great place to get ready fo a wedding), 25 minutes to Cooperstown All Star Village and 42 minutes to Cooperstown's Dreams Park.
