Excellent location for what we needed. Carries was super responsive and her decorating taste is awesome!

Overall very nice place to stay. Convenient location near to Bryn Mawr College and downtown. The apartment was clean and comfy. Dave was very responsive whenever we needed help and responded almost immediately, which was especially helpful when my 18-yo daughter got locked inside her bedroom accidentally (the lock on the door probably should be replaced). Dave coached us over the phone on how the gently jimmy the door without breaking anything.

Cute place and very clean. Note that the cat requires some care (e.g., being let in and out, refilling the food bowl) which was concerning for us as the weather was very cold and we were away from the house for most of the day and did not want to leave her out in the cold for 12-14 hours at a time. She is very affectionate, tends to want to sleep in the bed, and may wake you up throughout the night. There are lots of scented things around the house (plug-in air fresheners, aromatic pillow sprays, essential oils, etc.) which can be problematic for those of us with sensitivities to artificial fragrances. The house is not well set up for early morning coffee drinkers. There is a deli near by but the coffee is not very good and the market across the street does not open until 8am. We ended up getting our own coffee pot.

My family and I absolutely loved our time here! We instantly felt at home and were able to run out during the day and do all sorts of fun activities and be able to come back to a comfortable and peaceful home where we could rest and reset for the next day’s activities. Dee’s home is so so charming and we will definitely be staying again if it’s available the next time we’re in town!

My family had a great time at Oly & Sheila’s property. We appreciated their hospitality and the convenience of their location.

I recently just spent one month at Edward’s place and loved every minute of it. As other reviewers have noted, the layout is a little nontraditional, as you enter through a small sunroom and then go directly into the bedroom, then the living room/kitchen with the bathroom at the back. The kitchen was stocked with basic pots/pans, glassware, and dishes. The real gem of this listing is it’s location- it was next to a large park with many adorable dogs, the main strip of Chestnut Hill 2 min walk, a market, a playground, and easy parking around the vicinity. It offered a great home base to explore Philadelphia with good access to bus lines and the train if you did not have a car. Additionally, since I was at this spot for an entire month I needed additional supplies (ie mop) which Edward promptly ordered to the house. I look forward to returning to this spot next time work brings me to Philly!

My boyfriend and dog came to stay at this air bnb and it was perfect!! The location was just in the center of everywhere we like to go and near all of our family! The house was super clean and so cute just the perfect size for us and had a beautiful yard for our dog to run around and was fenced in! We will definitely come back here🤍

Great place and Jacob is an outstanding host.

This place was wonderful! Went for a weekend with my dogs and boyfriend to see family and stayed here! The house was very clean when we arrived and the host left us some wine and snacks which was very nice after a long day of traveling! The outside is beautiful as well and our dogs loved the yard! Would reccomend this place to anyone staying in the area!
