Monthly Rentals in Del Mar

The cottage was extraordinarily beautiful, unique, quiet, surrounded by beautiful gardens, books and information on the area, a private deck to lounge or have a meal on, very clean, and has a private entrance. It is situated nearby Annie’s Canyon Trail, the ocean, and restaurants. Kathy and Bruce went above and beyond as hosts and are friendly and courteous. It was truly an amazing experience staying at this location.

Charming place in a great location. Fantastic view of ocean, nice ambience, comfortable bed. Friendly hosts. Visited from out of state for a family wedding. Stayed 5 nights and it felt like home away from home. Our family plans to stay there again next visit if it’s available. Highly recommend.

I had an excellent stay and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The location is very close to the beach if you’re looking to relax near the ocean. I miss it already!

We had such a great week at Cody’s place! The location could not be more perfect. Walking distance to a gorgeous beach, nice coffee shops and stores. The unit is dark, but that is mentioned in the description. Accommodations are simple, but perfect for anyone looking to get outside and enjoy the sun! Great communication too.
