This unique home is decorated in a rustic style with a large patio and courtyard overlooking Motovun and the valley, as well as an indoor fireplace. Two beautiful bedrooms with a view and two bathrooms and a fully furnished kitchen with a dishwasher, free wifi , a smart tv with a satellite dishwasher of two air conditioners, an outdoor grill and a fire pit. We're only 20 minutes away from the sea and the beach. The nearby beautiful old towns of Motovun, Grožnjan, Oprtalj are 5-15 minutes away and the 7 waterfall trail is 15min away.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

We enjoyed the week in Dina's accommodation. Dina was always available and gave us great tips for the area. The outdoor area was wonderful, even for our dog, as there was always enough shade. In the village, there is a great restaurant as well as a small grocery store.

This is a beautiful area of Istria, the sea is clean, the people are friendy. The place is beautiful, our host thought of everything. The neighbors were kind and helpful, and the view is amazing. If you arrive with a car it is very convenient to go to the nearby towns for exclusive dinners or shopping, but the local restaurant (Intrade) had an exceptional chef and server as well. Try the wine of the house there, and the steak!

Great structure as well as the finishes and the beautiful pool that dominates the inner courtyard part. The area for grilling and eating outdoors was also very much appreciated by all guests. We stayed two weeks in Kristina's apartment and we absolutely loved everything: the quiet accommodation, the beautiful terrace surrounded by vines and olive trees where we had many meals, the jacuzzi where we liked to cool off after our visits. Kristina was both discreet and available when we needed her, we appreciated her many tips and attention. We won't hesitate to come back to this beautiful place.

Apartment Marija Kastelir with Balcony and Garden

I spent a very pleasant week of June in Kastelir. The hosts Marija and Franjo are very friendly and their guests are quite suited, so you immediately feel at home. They speak German very well and are happy to help and advise if necessary, or for a nice chat. The place itself has a great, large balcony with a very nice panoramic view reminiscent of Tuscany, the rooms are spacious (large bathroom, large bedroom!!) and tastefully decorated. The apartment is in a quiet corner of Kastelir and all the important things of life are within walking distance. Conclusion: Wonderful rest with interesting hosts in great surroundings. Love thanks to Marija and Franjo for the nice hospitality! See you next time!

We spent a month at Ariana's place. The place is extraordinarily cozy, the furniture and appliances are all new and modern. There is a courtyard and a parking space. Comfortable bed and large comfortable sofa on the third floor. We had a wonderful stay. Great internet. Fully suitable for remote work. Ariana is a wonderful host. We checked in on our own. There were no issues checking in. Ariana was always available and ready to answer any questions we had. Very quite, peaceful and safe location. I can confidently recommend this place for short and long term stays.
