Villa Lunetta is a modern retreat nestled in the heart of Istria, blending contemporary comfort with authentic local charm. Spanning 230 m² across a ground floor and gallery bedroom, it offers plenty of space for relaxation. Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Close to Poreč, you will find the detached Villa SUN, with swimming pool and sea view. Completed in 2025, Villa SUN - furnished with Italian designer furniture, is spread over two floors. A special highlight is the BBQ kitchen by the pool. The living and dining area invites you to enjoy beautiful evenings. In the cozy bedrooms you will find restful sleep and wake up with sea views. A large fenced garden for children and dogs to play. E-charging station for cars in the yard.

Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

Casa Collini - Luxurious villa with sea view + pool

We have fulfilled a dream and created a vacation home with a lot of love and completely according to our ideas. A new house in the typical style of the Istria region with a fantastic view of the landscape to the sea. This includes a large heated infinity pool for your exclusive use and a spacious outdoor kitchen with a grill. Note: The pool can be heated from April to October. Heating costs €20 for a maximum of 10 hours/day and will be charged additionally.

Authentic Istrian stone house built in 1922. This house is fully renovated and equipped to provide you all you need. Modern interior, fully equipped kitchen, relaxing living room, spacious bedrooms with private bathroom, an outdoor dinning area with grill, private pool and parking on the property. Each room is carefully designed by our designer. All this will afford you enjoy your holidays and fill up your batteries.

Veranda - Seaview Apartment

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
