Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in DeKalb County

Teresa's place was simply stunning. Nothing beats the view and it was extremely close to the location where we were attending a wedding. They thought of everything, down to the travel amenities and simple breakfast food they provided. I shouldn't have packed so much! She was extremely responsive to my questions and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Very relaxing stay! Although it rained all the days we were there, it was great family bonding time with many games played and time spent fishing when we could. The house was as advertised. Only a couple of minor things came up that in no way hindered our stay. It would be normal things that would happen at your own home. Roger was always quick to respond with answers to questions that we had and was very helpful during the booking process. All of our kids made the statement that they would rather come back and stay here than go on a big trip. If you’re looking to get away and enjoy family time, this place is perfect for just that! Thank you Roger for sharing your property with us, and we are already looking forward to the next time!🙂

After we got passed Airbnb giving us the wrong code to enter the apartment we had no further problems and enjoyed our stay. The co-host Lorraine was very helpful. The train and highway traffic were annoying but, tolerable. We prefer more of a country setting. This apartment was in the suburbs so it was close to amenities, which was a positive aspect.

My wife and I thought about the myriad of lake and Mountain View places we could rent in the Ft. Payne/Mentobe area, but ran across The Lofts in our search. The minute we saw the interior and exterior photos and saw the primo downtown location, we were sold. As an architect married to a design and antique loving woman, we saw a fun alternative to the usual places to stay. We were NOT disappointed. The place is decorated to a “T” and located in an historic building within walking distance of some really nice shops and restaurants. It’s located a short drive to Cloudland State Park and innumerable other natural areas as well. As I said, the online photos of this place don’t do it justice. Our hosts were helpful and on the ball. Easy check in and check out. All the information we needed was provided. We spent part of a day at Orbix Hot Glass to learn glass blowing techniques and would like to go again. We know where we’ll be staying!

This cabin was everything it said it would be. Comfortable, spacious and well decorated. Would love to stay here again when in the Fort Payne area.

I can’t say enough good things about this place!!! It was absolutely adorable and just like the pictures. Inside had everything you would need for a nice stay. To me, what makes an airbnb great is a comfortable bed, air that blows cold, and feeling safe there. This place had all 3! This was my first solo trip so if I felt safe anyone will. The cabin is connected to another house but I had no issues with the guests there. I got the privilege of meeting Claire and she was so kind! If i’m ever in the area again this is the place i’d stay!

2nd Christmas in a row staying here. We love the town and beautiful Christmas decorations around town. Everything is walking distance and the kids love the playground just minutes away.

This is a beautiful home with all the amenities! It was pristinely clean, smelling great, but not overpowering at all! Easy to check in, I had one little snag with the Ring alarm system, but Nicole and Damion responded quickly to help. The beds were comfy, pillows too, even though I brought my own. No ceiling fans in the bedrooms, but there were these wonderful oscillating desk fans that did the job just fine! I liked sleeping with it on so much, that I may have to get one for my own room! The TVs had many subscription services already signed in and available with a profile for Airbnb guests so that was nice. Shampoo and body wash was even provided! The view from the deck and the huge living room windows was awesome as well! Plenty of space to relax! Loved this home! Thanks for a great weekend!

Overall Experience: Our stay at this Airbnb exceeded our expectations. The combination of cleanliness, amenities, location, and excellent communication made for an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend.

By far the best airbnb I’ve stayed in, super clean and well maintained. The jacuzzi was lovely after a long day of hiking (shower before entering the jacuzzi). Tracy has a book on instructions, rules, and recommendations. It also has a section where previous guest wrote about their experience, giving us an insight on where to go and what to do. There’s a drive in movie spot 30 mins away and only an hour away from Chattanooga. Little River Canyon is mesmerizing. Would definitely recommend and consider coming again 10/10.

We truly enjoyed staying here. It was a home away from home. We had everything we needed. The house is well kept from the inside out. Also, Kara was quick to respond when I had a question.

We loved our stay at Ashwood House! It was so clean, spacious, and well stocked with all the essentials. We sat by the fire each night on the cozy patio furniture and walked down the street to the Wildflower Cafe to eat some delicious meals. We hope to return next summer. Thank you!

Amazing place to unwind after a busy semester of teaching. Jamie’s cottage is well built, comfortable, and above all quiet. We spent restorative hours listening to the birds on the front porch with our morning coffee and lying by the neighborhood pool next door. Jamie is an excellent host in that she gives her guests space and is quick to respond if an issue arises. I would stay here again, no question
