Vacation in the middle of nature, mountains, forests and valleys of the Swabian Alps. Our apartment is located on the edge of a small idyllic village of 450 inhabitants (near the city of Balingen) with a corner shop, playground and outdoor swimming pool. On the garden level of a detached house, bright and friendly rooms, a covered terrace with garden area and a fantastic view over the whole valley await you. From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

Comfortable Apartment in a Green Setting

The bedroom is furnished with a high-quality, very comfortable box spring bed, a large wardrobe and its own TV. The living room invites you to relax with it's chaise lounge and beanbag. TV, Wi-Fi, Google Chromecast and DVDs are available. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee machine, blender, microwave and dishwasher. The daylight bathroom features a walk-in shower. The apartment is on the ground floor with its own entrance and a parking space directly in front of the door.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

The apartment is on the upper floor and is accessible via its own staircase. It is suitable for 2 people, can be extended by an extra bed for a child (cot, changing table and highchair available if necessary). The 38 sqm apartment has a daylight bathroom with shower and toilet (hairdryer, towels and shower utensils available). Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, oven and fridge A 1.60 m wide bed and a sofa bed are present. TV and WiFi are available.

Vacation apartment "House Elfi" in Hausen am Tann is a great destination for a vacation with mountain view. The 70 m² accommodation consists of a living room with an upholstered bed, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 2 people. On-site amenities include high-speed WiFi (suitable for video calls), a Smart TV with streaming services, a dishwasher, and a fan. A baby crib is also provided. Our renovated apartment is lovingly furnished and covers approx. 65 sqm. It is on the 1st floor of our house, in a quiet residential area. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds (1x190/200; 1x140/200), living-dining area, kitchen (fully equipped), shower, toilet, balcony, satellite TV, music system, WiFi, cot and high chair. Parking is nearby. PLEASE NOTE: If two guests occupy both bedrooms, we charge an additional surcharge of €12 per night.

The cozy apartment in the basement has a newly renovate bathroom with XXL shower and Rainshower shower head. The kitchenette with ceramic hob is fully equipped. The dining room has a beautiful TV area with a large sofa bed as well as a dining table where four people can sit. A large wooden deck, where you can enjoy the sunset in the summer, may also be used. You are also welcome to use the Weber gas grill for a BBQ.

In this cozy place to stay, you can sit back, enjoy the tranquility and relax. We furnished it with a lot of love in 2020 and 2021. It is located on the upper floor of our detached house – 4 km from Lake Schömberg, 8 km to Balingen and 19 km to Rottweil. From the skylight of the kitchen/dining area, the Plettenberg rises with its famous tower. From the bedroom, the Hohenzollern/Hechingen can be seen in good weather.

Dream apartment in a former farmhouse

Your holiday home on the Swabian Alb is located in a former farmhouse "Lerchenhof" that was completely renovated and converted in 2014. The apartment itself was lovingly furnished in mid-2016, is about 90 square meters, fully furnished and covers two floors. It is actually quietly located in the village of Erzingen, which belongs to Balingen, and with very good connections to the B27.
