One of 3 suites (see my profile to view other suites) within our family home, located on 4 tropical acres of land with magnificent views of the north and the neighboring island of Martinique. Enjoy the most amazing sunsets on the sprawling patio. Despite its tranquility, the property is ideally located less than 10 min drive from the city, and some beaches. A 2 min walk up our driveway and you're on the bus route. Within a 10 min walk are a bakery, mini mart, bars, restaurants and food vans.

On the north side of the Vigie Peninsular, it is quiet, private, 20 minutes drive away to the north, 10-15 minute walk to Vigie Beach.

The unit is located within 5 minutes drive of the Castries Ferry Terminal, with links to the islands of Martinique, Dominica and Guadeloupe. The building is perched on a hill overlooking the beautiful vista of the Castries harbour, as well as other captivating views of the city and surrounding hillsides.

Ti Kas is all wood, with one bedroom, a double bed, complete kitchen, saloon with smart TV with WIFI connection & sofa. One toilet inside & bath on the balcony. From the guest balcony there's a wonderful view of the ocean & neighboring Martinique.
