Apartment holiday rentals in Defence Colony

This was my 2nd time staying here, I total recommend it. Great Place, Great location, Great Host. A+++++ the only thing I would suggest is if this is your first time there and you plan on taking a uber, ask the host for the address of the Doctor's office a few doors down... When you put in the apartment address in Uber it will take you about 15 mins walk / 6 mins by car away from the apartment.. Uber's location map is off.

Stayed in this apartment for two days and thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s located just across Deer Park, overlooking the Haus Khas Madrasa. And were fortunate enough to spot a peacock against the backdrop, its familiar voice a constant presence in the surroundings. The apartment is a heritage one, so it’s understandable that there might be some wear and tear. However, the owners have maintained it well and have made every effort to provide a comfortable accommodation. For a studio apartment, it’s surprisingly spacious, allowing one to enjoy the space. Our host, Aman, was an amazing person. She was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the stay. She even offered to store the luggage for a while, while I went out exploring.

My go-to place to stay in Delhi. Can see only green by the large windows, and its super spacious for the price. Sagar is super responsive and has made it very very cozy to stay in. Interiors are very well done and the maid is very regular to help keep it speck clean. And there’s a great Fitpass gym less than 5 min walk away. Just a couple of things: it can get a little warm near the windows on hot days since AC is in the room, and there’s no microwave. But the kitchen is awesomely equipped otherwise and the large fridge and gas stove are a blessing.

Great 2bd located near all. Walking distance to food, water, currency exchange, etc. also near all attractions in Delhi. It will take no more then 15 min Uber ride in any direction. Host also can arrange for cleaning while your there. Host was so great and communication was very good. Host held our bags after checkout as we had a late flight. Overall an A+ experience. Thank you.

I am…. astonished ….. no words can explain how well everything went and how gorgeous of an area we were in. Nalin was as superb host. As soon as I landed he took great care of me and my son, my first night and travel from airport was a breeze because of his excellent care. Throughout the whole trip Nalin was very responsive and super helpful…. On my last night, I was trying to pack and Anman, our caretaker, had to come with a tool to check the weight of my luggage EVEN late at night he was able to help! Everyone was extremely helpful and I am beyond grateful. It was my first time traveling over seas with my son, 8 years old, and they made me feel safe. The place was beautiful, the view beautiful, everything in walking distance, my favorite was the park you stay by! But most importantly the people from the Airbnb made the trip unforgettable, home is where your heart is. I highly recommend this place. You are in excellent care and in a great area!

She made sure we were comfortable, cared for, and supported in every way. As someone with a background in hospitality myself, I can attest that Guneet sets a wonderful example of what true hospitality should be. Extremely well put together apartment. It was clean , and the furniture was spot on . The vibe was exquisite and the place was really cozy . Check in was smooth and the host was flexible and responsive. Highly recommended!! The furniture and the paintings stood out for me .

Sam had been very communicative and polite since booking his stay. He provided all the required details and was ready to help anytime. His place is cozy, and as a solo person who prefers a quiet place with no disturbance, his place was perfect. He even had all the facilities, such as an induction stove, oven, mixer, and others, which made it easy for me to cook. It is also located within a 10- to 15-minute walk of two metro stations and a few kilometers from Select Mall.

Sid was helpful and responsive - we were stuck without a place to stay and were able to book and check in within an hour! This place was cosy and clean with modern fixtures and nice art. Lot of interesting books on the shelf! The toilet is a bit small, but we were fine with it because the place had great ambience overall. The area is green and peaceful, and although nearest restaurants are long walk, delivery is easy and quick. We were comforted and refreshed after our stay. :)

Flat is same as in the pics. Caretaker was helpful during check in and check out. Kailash Colony market is nearby and restaurants.

I booked this place for my parents' trip to New Delhi, and it was a fantastic choice. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, and it felt very safe. The host was incredibly responsive, professional, and even assisted with transportation for my parents, which was a huge help. Overall, a great experience—I highly recommend this place!

Great stay for a family. Pretty good location at the centre of the city. The owners and caretakers are super helpful and helped with every tiny bits. Will definitely consider again.

This place is a hidden gem for couples! From the moment we entered, everything felt so thoughtfully designed and welcoming. The cozy bedroom, luxurious fully air-conditioned patio with a jacuzzi and big smart TV created the perfect cinema + bubble bath vibe — ideal for a Netflix date night! We also loved the dining area where we could enjoy meals and deep conversations, and the beautifully maintained terrace garden was a dream. The swing added a romantic touch, and the water cooler made the space super comfortable even in the Delhi heat. We got the place decorated for my partner’s birthday, and the host went above and beyond with the arrangements — everything was done with such attention to detail. Honestly, we were initially concerned about staying on a terrace property during peak summer, but we were completely wrong. The ACs and coolers made the entire space super pleasant, no matter where we chose to relax. It was hands down our best stay ever! We are definitely coming back here!

One of a greatest Airbnb I have ever stayed at. It was equipped with all required amenities. Caretaker, Krishna bhaiya was soo helpful and was available right on a call when ever needed. Karan responded quickly and was really helpful all the time.

Firstly about the host, Rishi is a very nice and warm host, he is very responsive, checks on you makes sure you are comfortable and have everything one may need available. cherry on the top is he pays a visit with a bottle of wine, a personal touch which is very much appreciated. Coming to the place, it's very clean and very apt for someone who would like some privacy. Really loved the boho chic look of the place. Everything matches the pictures and description given. Evening views are also very pleasant. And they have a projector, so cool for evening movies 🤭. Altogether it's a nice deal.

This is an amazing high end duplex apartment which is even better than it looks in the pictures. The host was super responsive and there were helpers and a cleaner available to make our stay comfortable. The please is a short walk from the famous M block GK 2 market. There is also a nice park next to the apartment for your quick morning walks. All in all a super duper stay and highly recommended.
