Situated between Glacier and Yellowstone national parks, this quaint rustic cabin is located in the small hamlet of southern Hall just off I-90 and 10min from Philipsburg. The cabin sleeps 6 comfortably, and was built by homesteader Carl Cassidy in the early 1980's. His skillful primitive aesthetic and use of recycled materials gives the cabin a feeling it was built in the 1880's.

Welcome to downtown Deer Lodge Montana. You will not regret your opportunity to enjoy this nicely appointed home with the many amenities it has to offer. While in town you can tour the the Montana State Prison and car museum as well as the historic Grant-Kohrs Ranch. In less than 1 hour you can enjoy Discovery Ski Area, Georgetown Lake, or Phillipsburg. This is a great location just off I-90 to stop while traveling East to Yellowstone National Park, or West to Glacier National Park.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Close to Old Montana State Prison. Walking distance to downtown. In the best neighborhood in Deer Lodge. 3 parking spots on St Mary. If you are interested in some hiking or any outdoor activities myself and 2 boys know the area very well and are willing to show you around. If you are interested in floating the Clark Fork I have a fishing guide friend that can take 2 people.
