Holiday rentals with a balcony in Decentralized Administration of the Aegean

This place is wonderful. It is a collection of a few traditional villas which have been beautifully renovated and decorated. Konstantinos offered us a slightly larger villa (Diktamos) which was decorated in the same style and furniture. The villa has everything you need, lovely welcome items, comfortable bed, amazing shower. There is a little mini market on site too open 24/7 for drinks or anything else you might need. Beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and you can see all the way to the sea. Small quiet village with a GREAT taverna, and lots of other places to eat in nearby villages (by car). It is a very windy road up the hill to reach the village but definitely worth it!!!! Remote and peaceful yet close enough to the coast and city that we could enjoy the Chania region. I definitely recommend.

Beautiful Airbnb with large pool. Not too far from the small store and walking distance to the beach (5min) walk. Would recommend however to rent a car in order to explore the beautiful island. Only 7min away by car to the Southport that heads to Antiparos. Area location was quiet and relaxing, about 25min by car to Noussa. Overall would stay here again, host was very welcoming and helpful with recommendations

Antouella and Christos were such perfect hosts! They were so understanding and helpful when there was a ferry strike and we couldn’t get to the island. They helped us look for ferries and figure out the best way to get there. Once we arrived, he had organized a transfer from the port to the place and was waiting for us there. They sent us an extensive list of restaurants, grocery stores, beaches, bars, breakfast and cafes, places to take day trips and any recommendations you could think of. They were very quick to respond during our stay with any issues we had. The place itself was so perfect, the bed is so comfy and the bathroom is so nice the shower pressure is amazing and the soaps they provide smell amazing. The balcony was so peaceful we would wake up and have a cup of coffee out there. The place was really close to one of the beaches but definitely be prepared to get your steps in as it is very hilly. Overall we had the best time here and the hosts were amazing! 10/10

This place was amazing! Exactly as described and the best sunset view imaginable. The hosts helped us book transportation and excursions! I would highly recommend!

Our stay was short but amazing! Lena received us and was very dear to us, helpful, polite, showed the whole house with great affection. We love it! We hope to return soon and will always recommend this property.

Thanos was absolutely amazing and made us feel right at home. He was available for anything we needed and gave us great advice. The unit was perfect and the views were stunning!

Absolutely amazing host and villa. Kosta and his office were brilliant and when we got to the villa we were met by Stella. She could not have done more to make our stay any better; communication was seamless, so many local suggestions, local produce left throughout the stay, the loan of a stoneware pot to use in the pizza oven over tonight to slow cook vegetables, honestly everything and more. The villa is exactly like the photos - stunning. Breath taking location with a view we all miss now we are home. The layout of the villa is excellent; it is beautifully decorated, the outside kitchen area is perfect and much used. The landscaping is wonderful, and the pool is gorgeous. The villa was meticulously cleaned throughout our stay and the pool and garden maintained to the highest standard. We had the most wonderful holiday; thank you so much Stella and your team for everything.

We absolutely loved our stay and couldn’t recommend it more! The house is so beautifully done, very clean and comfortable. There are so many little sun spots to relax in. Markos was so wonderful for our check in, he was at the house ready and waiting for us to walk through everything. We were gifted some iced tea, fruit & wine with the house which was greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for having us, we loved it.

Oh goodness what an incredible island! And this villa was just beautiful. There was plenty of outdoor space and furniture for everyone. The bathrooms were stocked beautifully. We were not able to locate beach access and the airport is so nearby that the flight noise was a bit distracting; but the host family at this AirBnB was top notch. They had fresh fruit and juices in the refrigerator. They gave us a tour of the home and showed us all that we needed to know. We then gathered on the back patio and they provided welcome ice creams and water. The daily breakfasts were out of this world and truly some of the best meals we had on any of the 3 islands we visited. They provided every need and even went above and beyond. They truly made you feel welcome and even made us a goodbye cheesecake and gift. They truly take pride in their ability to provide a great experience and made you feel like family. My only wish would have been to have more time with the family
