Toller Ausblick auf der wunderschönen Terrasse, sehr praktisch und harmonisch eingerichtetes Studio. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt in Katerinas Unterkunft und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche bei Olga und wurden sehr herzlich von Mama Maria mit ausführlicher Beschreibung der Umgebung empfangen. Hatten einen frühen Flug und durften durch die gute Kommunikation mit Olga schon früher einchecken. Wir haben uns sehr über die schon vorhandenen Lebensmittel gefreut, Obst, Käse, Wurst, Brot, Eier, griechischer Joghurt, Wasser, Milch und Säfte. So konnten wir gleich ein verspätetes Frühstück genießen, ohne erst einkaufen zu gehen. Vielen Dank dafür!!! Die ganze Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und sauber mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse mit Blick auf Argostoli. Zu Fuß ist Lixouri gut erreichbar mit vielen Restaurants. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Fähre nach Argostoli, wo man mit wenig Geld mit oder ohne Auto übersetzen kann. Absolute Weiterempfehlung mit 5 Sternen!!!!

Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit! Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht und ist größer als es auf den Fotos aussieht! Der Balkon ist auch sehr schön! Die Kommunikation war auch super und die Eltern wohnen in der Nähe und erklären einem alles was nötig ist und sind sehr lieb! Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt! Bis bald Liebe Grüße Flora & Till

very nice place with what you need. Chris is very responsive and helps you with what you need the terrace is wonderfull and there's lot of shadow during the day. also beautifil sunset from terrace very clean appartment comfortable beds, rooms big enough the kitchine has what you need for cooking something fast there is a bbq which we used it several times - very useful there's a pool with free acces the beach is 2' away you have all you need nearby - supermarket, lots of taverns, rent a car

great location and views super clean

We had a fabulous stay and made the most of our time from a location that gave great access to key locations on the island. Dionysis, our host, was brilliant, helpful, honest, and very easy to communicate with. He really did go the extra mile. The location has stunning views and you can walk to Zakynthos town (we did this a number of times to enjoy the cocktail bars) but, a car is recommended for ease of access to places of interest. Dionysis was a great help with this too, even driving me to the pick up. The pool is amazing and gives great views to bay and passing ships. The accommodation worked well for us, the 3 bedrooms and additional living space made it easy and the kitchen had everything needed. We took advantage of the communal BBQ area too one night. If you enjoy music and a dance, there are 2 night clubs within a few minutes walk.

This was a great apartment slightly out of town. The kitchen had everything you possibly could need. The furniture was modern and the beds were very comfortable. Parking was easy. There was food and water and fresh fruit available for us upon arrival which was greatly appreciated. A few things to be aware of . . . there are two steep staircases to access the unit and they are especially difficult to manage if carrying big suitcases, the wifi is spotty and the directions to the apartment can be misleading as they take you to a different #32 on the same street. However, we still loved our stay and would definitely return. The best part was making friends with the owner of the downstairs shop, Kathy. She is full of great recommendations and a good person to befriend.

This accomodation was so lovely! Perfect location, some amazing bars and restaurants within walking distance. Very clean also. Georgia was very responsive, friendly and provided some great recommendations! Great beaches were short drives away, this place was perfect and I’d 100% recommend for anyone looking to stay in Agia Efimia 🩵

We had a great stay at this apartment. It’s located on the 3rd floor, offering a lovely view of the sea and historic fortification. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the ability to enjoy a coffee while looking out at the view from a charming, roof-style balcony.

Amazing stay right in the heart of the lovely town! The location is more than perfect with everything you need just a few steps away but at the same time quiet and peaceful. The view from the house... just breathtaking. The house is tastefully decorated creating a unique aura and making you feel like home, secure and calm. The host Alkistis was kind, extremely prompt and responsive to our questions making everything super easy. The kitchen is fully equipped with nice cutlery and all electrical appliances function perfectly offering ideal living conditions. We especially enjoyed this cozy, calming atmosphere. I wish we could stay longer! For sure we will return! Thank you Alkistis!

Das Appartement ist etwas ruhiger gelegen aber mit dem Auto kann man innerhalb von 10 min Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreichen. Alles war sehr sauber und hochwertig. Bei fragen wurde uns sofort weitergeholfen. Auch um die Buchung eines Mietwagens und Quads hat sich Myreen gekümmert und sogar noch einen besseren Preis aushandeln können. Der Aufenthalt war traumhaft. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank.

Fantastic air-conditioned Apartment which is very modern & clean, over looking the Paleros Marina & Great views. Lovey Beach literally minute’s away along with some Great restaurants with beach side dining & a lovely local Bakery. Local restaurants like Sirtaki are great & the New Mill Tavern is a must being a fantastic dining experience. Overall Brilliant, we would definitely stay again.

Loved our stay! Wonderfully located and beautiful view of the water from the Airbnb. Super close to Myrtos beach and many other incredible beaches. Close to an incredible bakery and other restaurants. We also rented a boat for the day in town. The loft was as described and everything we expected. Would def be back. The area is lovely and peaceful.

We had a great stay for 2 nights. beautiful apartment with really everything you need and described. supermarket 2min by car, bakery 1min. Close to the square with restaurants. you can walk to the castle if you want to. we also took the chance to follow the suggestions for restaurants and trips to elafonisos. Both hosts react quick and are really helpful. We will come back next time in monemvasia.

Everything was exceptional. The room was as seen in the images. Clean, tidy. The host had left us goodies for our stay. I was amazed but how clean and organised was the bathroom. You are almost close to the city’s centre you can walk it there if you don’t mind walking and enjoying fresh air. The room style was beautiful as well. 10/10
