Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Decentralized Administration of Macedonia and Thrace

Thanks to Dimitra and her husband, it was a very good time. House is situated in a small peaceful city. Very quiet place, locals are very friendly. Everyone speaks English in the stores and at the awesome local market (thanks for the recommendation). There is a grill outside the house and the local fish store has very good and fresh seafood. I recommend this house to everyone who dreams of a quiet vacation without crowds of tourists on the streets All the delights of the Greek coastline in 15 minutes by car through beautiful scenery.

Beautiful villa in a tranquil and peaceful setting. Overlooking the ocean with spectacular sunsets. 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and further down a handful of excellent beach bars. Shirt 5 minute drive to Posidi town. Villa is so homely. Spacious and comfortable. Alfresco and backyard for entertaining and space for the kids. Vasiliki is a wonderful host, communicating clearly and proactively, helping when needed. We highly recommend this place.

Alles war perfekt! Jeden Tag zu diesem Ausblick aufzuwachen war wirklich unbeschreiblich. Wir wollten am liebsten gar nicht abreisen. Die Kommunikation zu Melissa war auch super nett.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Angelos begrüßt, mit selbst gemachten Leckereien. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen am Hügel, aber nur wenige Minuten entfernt von Restaurants und Shops. Zum Strand ist es etwas weiter weg. Aber mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Das Bett ist etwas kleiner als gewohnt, aber trotzdem bequem, ist aber Geschmackssache. Auf der Terrasse lässt es sich gut entspannen mit einem Glas Wein und Blick aufs Meer.

It was a pleasure to stay in Vasiliki's house, the location is good, the building is new, the decoration is very cute, there were clean towels and linens, the necessary equipment that guests may need is provided, communication with the host was always great. Although the apartment is in a semi-basement, it gets very good sunlight. The garden of the house is incredibly pleasant and peaceful. We have stayed in Thassos before and this was the most enjoyable place, we will definitely stay here again! 🌸☀️🏝️

Sakin bir tatil yapmak için gayet güzel bir yer. Evde tek tuvalet olmasından başka bir eksik yoktu. Ev sahibi giriş çıkış konusunda çok esnek davrandı.

Terrific location - great restaurants, grocery shops and cafés, made friends with all kinds of people, went on some nice walks around the urban area. Eleni is an amazing host, always thoughtful and responsive. Her guide books were easy to use, full of her personal recommendations and enthusiastic annotations by guests! Very clean and comfortable flat. We mostly self-catered and had no problem finding everything we needed at the shops right across the road. There are insect screens at all of the external doors and windows, full blackout shutters, air conditioning and doors out onto a narrow balcony wrapping around the flat. Plentiful hot water, perfect shower pressure and even a filter on the kitchen tap, so no need to buy bottled water. We had to work during part of our stay - the Wi-Fi speed is fine for downloading email but not quick enough for video calls. There is a nice desk in the corner as a dedicated workspace. All worked well. We hope to return very soon!

To start, this is a beautiful apartment in a great location, very clean and well equipped. Everything is as described in the listing and you are made to feel like it's a home from home. Mary, the host, is amazing. She is super helpful and provided us with a very easy check-in along with a mountain of information regarding the area. Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip short, Mary was extremely understanding of the situation and was even helpful again throughout that process. I would highly recommend this apartment, thanks again to Mary for being a great host.

konutta güvenle kaldık, tertemizdi. Giriş günü için yeterli su ve temel ihtiyaç malzemeleri vardı. Gezilecek yerlere mesafesi uygun, yokuş yukarı yürümek dışında herşey mükemmel, bir de ev sahibinin eşinin ikram ettiği revani harikaydı :) .

Helen'in evinde eşim ve 5 yaşındaki kızım ile 5 gece konakladık. Gerçekten kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Ev çok temizdi, eşyalar yeni sayılırdı. Herşey olması gerektiği gibiydi. Gün batımında eşimle oturup birşeyler içebildiğimiz bize özel çok güzel deniz manzaralı bir bahçemiz vardı. Kızım bahçede Helen'in köpeği Loulou ile oynarken çok mutlu oldu. Ailecek çok güzel vakit geçirdiğimiz bir konaklama oldu. Ev sahibimiz Helen'i sadece eve ilk giriş yaptığımız gün gördük, üst katta oturmasına rağmen bir daha da hiç karşılaşmadık. Helen insanlara kendi evlerindeymiş gibi hisetmeleri için elinden geleni yapıyor. Herkese bu deneyimi gönülden tavsiye ederim.

Kyriakos dürüst, centilmen ve cana yakın bir ev sahibi. Kendi evimiz kadar rahat ettik. Abartısız söylüyorum: Daha önce bu kadar temiz bir yerde kalmadım. Kyriakos o kadar tecrübeli ki, her soruma hızla cevap verdi ama bir şey sormama pek gerek kalmadı. Bize harita pinleriyle birlikte, gerekli olabilecek ve önerebileceği her yer, restoran ve plajın listesini attı. Önerdiği her yere hayran kaldık. 3.günün sabahı temiz havlularımızı kapıda asılı bulduk. Biz yorumların aksine evi küçük bulmadık. Mutfakta birkaç kez yemek yedik ve her şeyi rahatça hazırlayabildik. Balkonu dinlenmek için mükemmel. Dolap kıyafetlerimizi rahatça aldı. Yatak rahattı. Biz varmadan klimayı açmıştı ama gerek kalmadı. Geceleri serin ve güzeldi. Bölge sessiz ve sakin. Yakındaki plaj gayet kullanışlı. Araç için şahsi ve gölgelik yer var. Teşekkür ederiz Kyriakos, umarım tekrar geleceğiz!

We just had an incredible stay at Maria's Airbnb, and we highly recommend it! From the moment we arrived, Maria's warm hospitality and friendliness made us feel right at home. The house is located in a stunning area with breathtaking views of the Hagia Sophia, which truly amazed us. The stylishly decorated space is full of character, and the lovely balconies made it difficult to leave; we often found ourselves wanting to relax and soak in the scenery instead of going out to bars or tavernas. It’s these little touches and the beautiful ambiance that remind you why Airbnb is such a special option, especially when a growing number of properties fail to justify their prices on the platform. In contrast, we couldn't have asked for a better experience here. We felt that it truly surpassed what many hotels could offer, providing a genuine home away from home.

Marina is a wonderful, kind, and attentive host. The apartment was amazing; we stayed there for 6 days with four people (two adults and two children), and everything was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. And what a stunning view from the terrace! We were very pleased and highly recommend it! The apartment is very close to the sea. We will definitely come back again. Thank you!

Gittiğimizde Hristo bizi karşıladı ve arabamız için ucretsiz park yeri ayarladı.Diger günler için de park sıkıntısı yasamamamiz için kart verdi.Sehirde bir tur gezdirip yemek yemek için ve kahve içmek için uygun mekanlari gösterdi.Ev konum olarak en tepede mükemmel bir manzara ve bahçeye sahip.Olganin yetiştirdiği çiçekler salıncağı ile harika zaman geçirmek mümkün.Eve ulaşmak için eski sokaklarda harika resimler cekebilirsiniz.Hristo çok sıcak kanlı ve bir sorun olduğunda hemen cevap veren biri.Tatil bitiminde bavullarimiz ile tekrar bizi arabanıza bıraktı.Bu güzel tatil icin Hristo ve ailesine teşekkür ederiz.

Amazing place . Lovely location. Prestinely clean. Was met by Anestis’ mum who made us feel so welcome . A lovely charming lady . Spent 3 days in Thessaloniki, loved the place and will definitely be back . Great view from the balcony , downhill walk to the centre , about 30min stroll, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you so much for hosting us .

Nice apartment close to center of everything. Hard to find a parking spot as the place is in the center but if you travel by air , taxi- perfect.

Estivermos no apartamento de Korinna por quase 3 meses e foi absolutamente perfeito. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos, tem tudo que se pode precisar para cozinhar. As roupas de cama e banho, em quantidade, eram de excelente qualidade. A localização não podia se melhor, a uma quadra da orla e a duas quadras da centralíssima praça Aristotelius, com grande quantidade de mercados, bares e restaurantes ao redor. O contato com Korinna foi extremamente fácil e rápido. A mãe de Korinna, Eva, foi de uma gentileza impar e nos brindou com um maravilhoso doce típico de Tessalônica por ocasião da Páscoa ! Quando retornarmos a Tessalônica esperamos poder ficar hospedados novamente nesse ótimo apartamento.

Stan je ugodan za boravak, cist, sa svim potrebim uredjajima. Posebno bih istakla da su se u stanu nalazile kupke, samponi, hladna voda u frizideru, kafa i slicno. Pristupacnost i blizina svim atrakcijama. Posebna pohvala za Andreasa koji je pruzio sve potrebne informacije za sto ljepsi i ugodniji boravak. Preporuka!

Nice flat. We where here for a conference in the concert hall and it was ideally located. Very nice roof-terraces and great restaurant nearby, especially Ουτοπία. Metrostation and busses are very close to the flat.

The place was very clean and fresh and had all the necessities. Walkable distance from the center but also access to busses and subway. Perfect for a couple that wants to explore the city!
