Holiday rentals with a patio in De los Pocitos Beach

Thomas was an excellent host, very helpful and responds quickly. The instructions were very clear and we had no problems with checkin and checkout. The apartment is beautiful and well functional, has a balcony with a very nice view and is well located, close to the Rodó Park. I recommend the apartment!

My family days at Carolina's apartment loved it. The apartment is complete, with everything you need and a great location. Not only the view but the beach is amazing and invites hikes on the rambla and playa. Carolina's attention was incredible, always available for any need and very flexible on everything, including check-in and check-out for the times we had. It was like being at home. Highly recommended!

It was our first time visiting Montevideo and it couldn't have touched us better place! Monica and her husband are great hosts and the apartment was beautiful and comfortable. I want to highlight the quality of the beds, sheets and pillows and the view from the balcony. You could sit and have some mates looking at the beach, the truth is excellent, we are super happy!

I arrived 24 hours later than planned, and Roberto was very understanding and flexible, even arriving at 07:00 for my check-in. His communication was always very responsive. The apartment is exactly as shown and is very conveniently located, with bus stops in each direction out front, beautiful Parque Rodó steps away, and plenty of nearby places to eat and drink. The wifi is fast and reliable, the bed is comfortable, and the shower is amazing! Highly recommended.

Daiana was very kind, explained everything about the apartment and was available. The accommodations are great, spacious, comfortable, well ventilated and bright apartment. It seems to be a quiet neighborhood, busy, but not much. The garage fits an SUV easily, and I didn't have any major difficulties with this. The location is good, I managed to do most things on foot (it's not close to everything, but it's possible to take walking tours). Overall, I really enjoyed it and I'm happy with my stay.

Our experience fully met expectations at Dahiana's house. We were attended by her daughter very kindly, with commitment and a lot of generosity! The house was impeccable, the spaces match what the photos show, it is very comfortable and cute. The space on the patio is perfect for breakfast, reading, or working. He gave us very useful directions and was available for any queries we had. Her dog also welcomed us with great affection and respect. We loved staying here!

We came to visit for a family birthday celebration. The home was exactly like it was described and very cozy. The location was perfect, easy to do day trips into Montevideo, Punta del Este, and Colonia! Marisa was a wonderful host and we hope to visit again soon!

Paula's house is beautiful and located in a wonderful setting in Montevideo. Your communication is assertive . The truth is that we had a happy time. To move easier, we rent a car, which was super easy to do. I highly recommend this nice, clean, well-decorated house in a beautiful setting.

Beautiful recently renovated house with great natural light and a lovely patio in a quiet street (with a nice market on Thursdays!). The place is spacious, well-equipped, and even better than in the photos. Valentina is an outstanding host, very attentive, proactive, and responsive. The WiFi works perfectly, and the kitchen is spacious. Perfect for longer stays. An excellent experience in Montevideo.

I enjoyed my stay here in Montevideo. It was very well located and allowed me to explore everything from La Ciudad Vieja to Pocitos on foot rather easily. Everything is very nice in the apartment, it is exactly as the pictures describe. The host is very attentive and has thought of everything. It’s wonderful place to stay!

I had only two minor problems in the lodging, an air conditioner that was not working and the electronic lock that in the last day gave some problem that triggered an alarm, but still functioning normally. But I'm sure Pablo will solve these small problems, as it has a proactivity and a willingness to do so. In the most excellent everything, an apartment with an amazing view and a fine taste decoration, we feel great throughout the stay.

the apartment is great and very well located. She always served me very well by quickly answering the questions. I had a one-off problem with the cleaning of the minibar but she promptly stepped up to fix it. The only negative point is that parking near the car is very difficult during the day. After 5pm it is very quiet to park. The apartment is very nice and the kitchen linen is also very nice.
