Townhouse holiday rentals in Daytona Beach Shores

Christine's place was very pleasant and we felt very safe there (very important for we girls who stayed there). We came and left the townhouse at all hours due to a very hectic schedule and always felt secure. I would love to stay in this comfortable townhouse again.

Great place for the money. The place suffered some hurrican damage, but not inconvenienced at all while they were working on the outside.

This location can't be beat. It was perfect for early beach visits and afternoon pool time. There is easy beach access right out the front door and close to a shower so you can rinse off when you leave the beach. The community is very clean and quiet. The space is equipped with all you need for a relaxing beach vacation. WiFi worked great throughout the home. The space seems a bit dated, however that is part of the charm. I felt at home and very comfortable, especially with my small children. I can't recommend this place enough.

Nice condo, great location. We really enjoyed being there. We did find the check in checkout process to be a pain. Most places have a lockbox or something so you can let yourself in. This property management company requires you to check in at their office, which is at a different location from the condo between 4-5pm the day of check in. We have been to New Smyrna several times and never needed a car. We had to rent a car just to be able to get back and forth from the property management office at this specific time with our luggage. Worse for us because we had come from Washington State and flown in on a Red Eye flight….no sleep. We asked ahead of time if there was a way to get in early. Nope. Also know when you check out you must drive the keys back to the Property Management office location by 10:00am.

This was a great place. Literally across the street from the beach. Drivable beach access with 4x4 .15 miles from the house. Fenced in yard and driveway. amazing how quiet and secluded it is with the proximity to the main strip would highly recommend

My friends and I had a good stay for Rockville. The Ruthy's Kozy Kitchen suggestion was great for breakfast. Also the old radio sound system and turntable were cool.

We have stayed in the Ormond Beach area for 3 years, so we are familiar with the neighborhood. Maureen’s townhouse is in a perfect neighborhood, not too far from town and yet far enough away from the craziness of Daytona during race week. It’s an easy walk to the grocery store. We also walked downtown to the Farmers Market on Thursdays. There are many hiking trails within a 15-20 min drive. Other guests and residents in the building were very friendly. We will be back next year.

Very cute decor! Comfortable beds. All effonecessities provided. Very nice, safe neighborhood . Lots of sidewalks and nearby trails to walk. Great for biking. We loved the location. Off the beaten path, but a short drive anywhere. As a suggestion, perhaps host could upgrade the pots and pans situation? Well used.. A perfect place for us.

She was an awesome host her place was great . Recommend if ever need to stay in Deltona again would stay there if available.👍🏻

Christine’s place is a wonderful stay. I stayed with my two year old and it was so comfortable for us they even had some children’s dish’s to use. Everything was clean and we also had everything we needed for making meals that was a big plus for me having to cook a lot! I ended up needing to stay another night and she was extremely kind and flexible.

This was the perfect spot for me to stay for a weekend trip to visit central FL. The house was spotless and had everything I needed. I cooked the first night and wasn’t missing anything. The 2nd night I wanted to try some local spots and Erik was able to give me some good suggestions just a short 5-10 min drive to downtown Sanford which is super cute. The beds were comfy and the amenities were updated and modern. I also am a single woman and felt very safe in this location. I also loved there was a private gym on the property so I could get a sweat out in the AM. Erik was great to communicate with helped me with check in, check out, and suggestions on places to eat at and visit during my stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this host and Airbnb for your next stay. Location: 30 min from theme parks, 10 min from down town Sanford, 45 min from beach. Overall cannot complain

We loved staying at Val's place! Check-in was breeze, the location was right across from the beach, the pool was wonderful, and the house was adorable! It was the perfect location for us to also spend a lot of time at the Cape Canaveral National Seashore. Thank you again for hosting us!

Tidy vacation rental only steps from the beach. Every time I wondered if the house was stocked with something it was in the first place I looked.

We loved the unit. It was exactly as described close to pool and beach. Lots of things to use at beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. The area was great for shopping and dining out. Also easy access to other areas. Can’t say enough about feeling at home while there. Don’t hesitate to check it out.

Perfect place for our mother-daughter getaway. Only a short walk to the beach and pool area. Kolleen was an excellent host. She went above and beyond to purchase a beach umbrella for my daughter and she provided local recommendations of things to do and places to eat. We will definitely be back!

Amazing place!!! We loved this place so much so that we are going to try to book it again for next year. The house is updated and super clean. Beds were very comfortable and the linnens and sheets were super clean.The beach is about 120 or so feet from the back sliding door. Everything we needed for the beach was provided , umbrella, chairs, towels, coolers, wagon and toys dor the kids. I couldn't be more happy with our stay. The pool was great and clean. Absolutely loved our stay!!!

We traveled to NSB for personal reasons. Taylor's Airbnb was the perfect place for us. We found the space to logistically convenient to everything we had planned. Taylor was very responsive to the questions we poised and offered us a variety of options of things to do and places to eat and see. We found this property to be well worth the price! A super host! We had a fantastic stay at this condo in New Smyrna Beach! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect beach getaway. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches—buggy boards for the kids, beach chairs, and umbrellas made our days by the ocean even better. Christie was an amazing host—responsive within minutes to any questions we had and incredibly helpful throughout our trip. Her attentiveness really made a difference. Thank you for a great experience!

Don’t hesitate! Just book it! About 2 min walk to the beach. 3 minute walk to restaurants and bars. Space is perfect with adults upstairs and the kids downstairs and a perfect kitchen, living room, dining room in the middle. There’s ALWAYS something that will happen when you stay 8 nights…the grill tools walked off from the last renter. I texted Sue and the Amazon order was placed to arrive the next day! Totally awesome communication! Stocked with spices for cooking, stuff for the beach, basically everything you need to plop your stuff down and enjoy. Just book it, you won’t regret it.
