It is 9 miles to Madill and 13 to Ardmore, both of which have grocery stores and WalMarts although most of the restaurants are to be found in Ardmore. Stop on the way in and pick up your provisions, there is a full size fridge/freezer.

Our stay at Jeffry’s place was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we could tell how much care and attention had gone into preparing the cabin. Everything was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable and relaxing experience. Jeffry was an outstanding host — very friendly, quick to respond, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The space itself was cozy, stylish, and had all the amenities we could ask for. We highly recommend Jeffry’s place to anyone visiting the area.

I went for a day trip over to Turner Falls in Davis, OK and realized how far it was from my home and decided it wasn't worth the drive back the same night so I browsed and saw this home. it was perfect for 3 people. My 5 year old daughter loved it for how tiny it was 😅. Everything was as described, however I wouldn't stay for a long trip unless it was just me by myself. A few minute drive from Paul's Valley which has a few things to do and a Walmart so its within distance of a grocery store.

Shannon gave perfect recommendations for food as well as fun things to do in the area. Her accommodations were five star, the apartment was clean and fully stocked! They restocked the firewood every day while we were out to make sure we had it in the evening time. She took us on an awesome ride throughout the property to meet and greet and feed the cows and donkeys and pigs, etc. Shannon was wonderful! She did a load of laundry for us, even though the washer and dryer was not included with our stay! Highly recommend

My family loved our stay at the cottage! The kids enjoyed playing with the neighbor’s dog Chloe. There was firewood provided for the fire pit. One of the nights a storm blew in and the power went out for a bit. Donna and her husband were at the door with candles before they even saw our message to them. The location was also perfect for visiting Turner Falls, Arbuckle Wilderness, and Washita River Floats. Also within approximately 30 minutes of the Chickasaw National Recreation Area, which offered even more outdoor activities for us to enjoy. Be sure to check out the guest book in the cottage, previous guests have left tips on getting to less-known locations at Turner Falls, and other activities to do!
