Private 2 bedroom second floor apartment in mid-century 4 plex with original hardwood floors plus huge balcony with view of the channel. Near Tampa General Hospital and downtown, this comfy space was just totally remodeled. Freshly painted, new window coverings. SO CLOSE to many destinations including restaurants, cafes and shops. WiFi. Shared washer and dryer on site. Central AC. Beach chairs! On site management. No pets, no smoking.

Located in the heart of Tampa! 15-20 minutes to downtown or the airport, and about 30-45 minutes to Clearwater beach. Also within a 5 mile radius of USF, Busch Gardens, and the Moffit Center. You have 1 free parking space to go along with it in the driveway. Extra fee for Early check in and beach equipment if needed.

The stay at the Marisol was wonderful. Felt like we were staying in someone’s house. All the other tenants were friendly. The staff person was extremely helpful and nice. And it was a great place to stay and the mattress was exceptionally nice.

The place was so nice and even though it was rainy and gloomy my stay was great. The only thing to note, the unit is behind a main residence but you are parking directly in front and there is not a pathway leading you to the staircase to the unit. Other than that Jeremy was super friendly and helped with recommendations to eat as well as checked in to make sure my stay was going alright and that I didn’t need anything else.

Great place, had all the amenities (snacks, coffee, toiletries, hair dryer, fridge w freezer), comfortable & quiet place to sleep while I was in Tampa. Felt safe, combo lock on door but also knob locks from inside. In-room a/c & fan were quiet & kept the room a comfortable temp. Bathroom is huge! Good mirrors so you can check your outfit; there was a beach towel, small cooler, hamper - didn’t use these but noticed they were available. The shampoo/conditioner was amazing - my hair never looked better.

I stayed at Nikki's apartment for a week and I can't wait to go back! The apartment has everything you need and it is in a great location. I was there mostly without a car, but within a short 30 minute walk you are at the first stop of the Tampa Streetcar, which takes you all the way to Ybor City for free. The "Pirate Water Taxi" has a stop 15 minutes walk away and bus line 5 stops only 3 minutes from the apartment. Nikki is an amazing host who always responds quickly via the airbnb chat and is very friendly and helpful. I hope to come back soon! Thanks Nikki!

When I arrived, Dominga was putting the finishing touches on the room and it smelled so clean. She greeted me and asked if I needed anything, dropped off a blanket for me later on in case I needed it with the air conditioner on. I saw her the next day outside (beautiful little gardens all around the back area) and she again asked if I needed anything. When I first arrived, I had a little trouble getting on the WiFi and Dominga responded within 2-3 minutes to help resolve. Ample towels, toiletries, Keurig coffee and some half and half and small fridge for my leftovers and some breakfast items were perfect for what I needed. I would recommend staying here. A little park for a run down the street and my sister had a car about a mile away, but I didn't mind walking about .5-.8 miles to some good eats, Starbucks, Publix, etc.
