Charming chalet, beautiful view, in the heart of Ardennes

This beautiful and completely private, romantic chalet, with a view, in the middle of nature, is facing south. It is located right near the river Almache. Located at one and a half kilometers on each side, are 2 typical villages, 2 sub-municipalities of Daverdisse : Porcheresse and Gembes. From here you can also easily go to Bouillon, Dinant, Le Tombeau Du Géant, the bookstore Redu, Givet, etc. Nearby you can find various types of restaurants : from very ordinary, where you can walk in with your slippers or boots, to a Michelin star. The chalet is very easily accessible and is still located in the middle of nature. You can take beautiful walks in the forests and/or in the sun as soon as you step outside the door. For mountain bikers, too, it is a true paradise here with the many marked routes. The chalet itself is cozy and also everything is available to cook for a delicious and cozy and make it a romantic evening, by the fireplace or the fire bowl outside under an incredible starry sky. De-stressing, enjoyment, nature, relaxation, conviviality and romance are the key words here.

Authentic holiday home with huge garden and sauna

The accommodation is perfect for a group of up to 15 people. The bedrooms are spacious and almost all have their own bathroom. There is plenty of seating available both inside and outside. Unfortunately, the sauna was not available during our stay, but that was compensated. The kitchen is large and with the large fridge and freezer you can keep plenty of cold. The only downside was that the floor on the 1st floor is very noisy. In addition, you can hear the people downstairs very well when you are in bed. Furthermore, certainly value for money and the environment is beautiful. A beer brewery in Rochefort and a place to kayak in Alle, both 20 minutes' drive from Daverdisse.

A house with a private garden in a peaceful, quiet, uncrowded neighborhood. Both the village and the nearby town have an impressive layout. We were only able to stay one night due to our schedule. I'd love to stay a few days, enjoy the town, walk by the river, and spend time in the woods. We stayed with 3 adults and a baby. Two couples can easily stay at home. You can even stay with your grandparents, parents and 1-4 children, 8 people :)) There is a table where you can eat in the garden. It will be invaluable to work with the computer or chat with an evening coffee here (of course, if there are no flies :) ) Since the house is on the slope of the valley, the sun begins to enter the house strongly after a while. In the afternoon, the sun goes down, but the light continues for a long time. Electric heaters (convector heaters) in the house provide effective heating. The hot water tank allows 3 people to shower comfortably. It can also accommodate 4-5 people. (P) at the bottom of the glass

A beautifully renovated house, with all facilities, comfort, and in a beautiful setting, surrounded by tranquility and greenery. beautiful hiking trails and cycling routes in the immediate vicinity. Good base for visiting surrounding villages. A fantastic host with a big heart for their own surroundings. Just couldn't be better for us as a family!

We were in the Villa of Daverdisse of Leen and Bart for our annual family weekend It was even better than we expected. Everything is abundantly present Sufficient refrigerated and frozen mgh Sufficient cooking space and attributes There is more than enough space in all rooms. There is no need to be bored with a garage with ping pong and shuffleboard table and indoor football table and billiards and not to forget in the house the necessary old-fashioned games. The beds and showers are also top notch. And if there is a problem, it's nice to get a quick response via the app. I could go on and on. Next to the house is a tavern for a nice Belgian beer In a warm and cosy living room atmosphere. You definitely shouldn't skip this. There is also plenty to do in the nearby area We went to Rochehaut because of the rain They have covered trains for this in the animal park. We are therefore super satisfied!! And who knows, we might come back here again.
