Waterfront holiday rentals in Dauphin County

The place was just as described. Would stay there again if ever in the area. The only issue was finding a parking spot at night.

The home was stunning and as pictured. The view of the river out front was amazing! We had a great, quick stay and I would book here again in the future for a longer trip. Walkable to cafes, river walk, and to downtown Harrisburg. Christopher was a great host. Very responsive and polite. The only minor inconvenience about staying here was the noise. Unit is located on a rather busy road, so you get a lot of road noise as well as noise from an upstairs tenant. Must be lack of ceiling insulation, because you can hear every footstep. Wasn't too much of an issue for us but heads up to the light sleepers.

Great location! Great Airbnb! Loved it and definitely will come back! Walkable to many restaurants and locations. It was great to stay with pets, and had so many amenities. Loved the location and place!

My husband, sister and I stayed at Cory's place last weekend. We were in Harrisburg for our 4-month old granddaughter's baptism. It was our first time visiting Harrisburg but won't be our last! We loved the apartment and it had everything we needed for the few days we were in town. The location was wonderful, close to the river, and downtown, all a short walk! Cory provided restaurant suggestions, which was welcome! As luck would have it, I had the chance to meet Cory and talked with him about his other rentals. He invited me in to see one of the other rentals in the same location, which as lovely as where we stayed. Cory's messages were always friendly and nice. He's the same in person! We will definitely be back and I will be contacting Cory when we visit! Highly recommend Cory's Airbnb to anyone visiting Harrisburg!

Beautiful and super clean apartment with amazing view of the river. We were there for July 4th and enjoyed the fireworks from the big windows in the living room overlooking the river. Fun place for a metropolitan trip - right in the heart of Harrisburg and next to the capital. Walking distance to many restaurants.

Beautiful historic space with modern amenities. I’ll be keeping this one bookmarked for future travels. The local restaurants were great!

Diana was very responsive and provided good information on local restaurants to visit. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The main bathroom has a wonderful slipper soaking tub, which was an added bonus. Being our first trip to the area, we didn’t realize the distance it was from Elizabethtown, but everything worked out great. Overall, we had a very good experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful and roomy enough for 5 kids and 2 adults. The quad-bunk room was perfect for four boys. The bathrooms and kitchen are updated and had everything we needed. The kids loved swimming in the pond and playing football and volleyball in the yard, which has plenty of space. They also loved hiking on the property and we enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit! We didn’t even leave the property, there was so much to do. Would highly recommend and we look forward to hopefully coming back again!

This listing was the perfect place for our romantic and peaceful getaway ! The place is spacious yet cozy and nestled within nature. Our host, Jillian, was kind and always responsive to any questions we had along the way. If you stay here you will be delighted with the home’s soothing atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again !! :)

We enjoyed our stay. The hosts were responsive and the farmhouse was quite lovely. We especially enjoyed watching the chickens and ducks.

The house was a perfect spot for a fishing getaway. The house is comfortable and the back deck overlooking the river was our favorite spot. Highly recommended and we’ll be back. Rob was a great host as well.

We mostly needed a place to sleep during a soccer tournament weekend. That said it was spacious for our family of 5. The view of the river and the walk to the Cuban restaurant down the street made it a nice experience. The car port was really cool and convenient. The amenities, comfort items, and space were great. My kids all loved the house!

Wonderful stay at Vernon's space in Harrisburg, PA! Great location for walking and delicious food! Very clean and comfortable. Beautifully remodeled 3 story space. Living room, dining room, kitchen and bonus room on ground floor (no bathroom). Second story has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, and laundry. Stairs are a bit steep and long. The 3rd floor has the master bedroom and master bathroom with fabulous shower and separate clawfoot bathtub. Stairs are long and narrow with no handrail and no treads. Beds and pillows are super comfortable. Couch in the living room is also very comfy. We enjoyed walking to Millworks. Cool space that includes exceptional food & brews. Great vibe! We recommend taking Reily St to N 3rd St to Verbeke. Also had pizza from Ciervo's just around the corner. Delicious! There are bakeries and a theatre super close. We enjoyed walks by the river. Parking was challenging, but we were able to park within a couple blocks. Overall, very good!

Great stay would stay again when in area.
