It is about 9 minutes by car to Rusutsu Resort, with good access to Niseko and Lake Toyako, making it a location where you can fully enjoy Hokkaido throughout the four seasons. In the morning, enjoy a coffee while looking out at Mt. Yotei and Mt. Shiribesu, and in the afternoon, go out to Rusutsu, Niseko and Lake Toyako. In the evening, you can have a BBQ on the newly built wooden deck, and at night, you can gather around a campfire and gaze at the starry sky. You can spend time in a way that is typical of Hokkaido. We recommend this as a base for skiing and snowboarding on the world-famous powder snow in winter, and as a base for enjoying nature from spring to autumn. The flat is located in heart of Sapporo． It is only 6-minutes walk from the Sabway station． also you can easily walk to "Susukino" "Tanuki-koji" "Odoripark" "Nijyo-iciba" and these touristspots． Transportation, Shopping, Dining, Cafe.....are　 all very close and conveenient.
