The house is located in a quiet villa area, a few minutes drive from Mizu-no-Eki, on the north side of Lake Toya. You can see the lake view from the second floor of the house, and you can see the fireworks in the onsen town every day in the summer. The best part is the large, completely private garden. There are various types of flowers, trees, and fruits, so you can enjoy the scenery in all seasons, and there are also tables, chairs, and umbrellas, so you can relax in the garden. There is a municipal hot spring, Ikoi-no-Ie, located nearby (1 minute by car). You can enjoy the scenery of Lake Toyako and the hot spring baths fed by the source spring for 450 yen. You can stay with your★ pet (dogs only). The garden is a lawn, so please use it as a dog run that you have to yourself. It is about a 7-minute walk to the lake, so it is also in a good location for a relaxing stroll.

You can rent entire house by only one group, there is key box in the entrance of the house, you can take the key by yourself and check in and check out to return the key at the original place. You can park 3 cars in the yard of the house for free.
