Apartment holiday rentals in Darwin City

I am a regular visitor to Darwin. And this time I stayed for 3 nights at Leanne's place. Waterfront is the best location with beautiful surroundings. Leanne's apartment is a very pleasant place to stay - welcoming, clean and with a great ocean view. I will be happy to return!

Great location at the Darwin waterfront. Lots of restaurants in easy walking distance. Beds were comfortable and the apartment had plenty of space for 3 adults.

Had a lovely staycation here with my mum and 3 children over the Easter long weekend. Leanne was more than helpful and has a lovely spot at the waterfront. So much to do for the kids. It was nice to be able to pop back up to the apartment for naps etc. We didn't want to leave! The apartment itself was nice and clean and spacious. Thanks Leanne, we appreciate your hospitality and look forward to returning

Perfect family base in Darwin! We had a fantastic stay in this spacious, well-appointed apartment — it had everything our family of five needed to feel right at home. The waterfront views were stunning and the pool was a definite favourite with the kids. The location was terrific, with Darwin tourist spots just within a short walk away plus having on-site parking made getting around a breeze. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxed, scenic and super convenient stay.

We had a great stay at Helen and Chris’s Waterfront apartment. Check in/out was super easy, waterfront is a great location- you didn’t have to worry about food as there are lots of great restaurant options. The space was clean and spacious, great ammenities and so much more. Highly recommend!

We absolutely adore this house! We highly recommend it to everyone looking for a great place to stay. The waterfront is our favorite spot in Darwin, with so many fun activities and delicious restaurants to explore. Benji’s house is conveniently located on the ground floor, right by the swimming pool, making it super easy to take a dip whenever you like. The house is so comfortable, charming, and filled with good vibes. We can’t wait to come back next time! Thank you for hosting us!

We had a larger group and this space worked perfectly. Walking distance to everything we needed and the host was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Great location. Near wave pool and restaurants, city, esplanade and wharf. Lovely lounge area and balcony to relax on. Loved the coffee machine and plenty of pods.

Helen and Chris’s apartment is stunning. When combined with the jaw-dropping views, the restaurants and swimming options at your doorstep, and the constant movement of the waterfront - viewed from the privacy of their level 5 apartment - and we felt like the rich and famous. Combined with the underground car park, and the quick short walk to our favourite purple scooters (beam) and this location was extremely walkable. Thanks Helen and Chris

Clean, tidy apartment that is in the perfect location for all that Darwin offers. Walking distance to the main town, and the waterfront at your door step. Hosts were super accomodating, friendly and responsive. 5 stars! Would highly recommend!

We chose this apartment because of its location and were not disappointed. It is a short walk to the waterfront area, with the wave pool and lots of restaurants/cafes. There was an issue with a leak from the apartment above, which we were informed of before our arrival. They checked in with us, provided temp lights and offered to move us. The service was great. We loved the apartment. The balcony overlooked the ocean and was big enough to sit out/eat at the table. The kitchen was very well stocked, it even had a soda stream, milk steamer and a panini press. It made it easy for us to have some meals at the apartment but when we decided to go out we were a short walk down to the waterfront area or into town. We did both! We appreciated the pool towels & being able to do laundry. We used this apartment as a base for a week and I’d highly recommend it. The location is great and the apartment was clean, tidy and spacious. We’re a family of 4 and had plenty of space. Would recommend!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Leanne’s thoughtful and detailed information made everything seamless, and the unit itself was spotless, with comfortable beds and pillows that made for a great night's sleep. The stunning sunsets from the balcony and the endless water views were simply breathtaking. The location was ideal—being able to walk to Stokes Hill Wharf, relax at the waterfront, or jump on a scooter to explore made it so easy to experience Darwin. We also took a few day trips, where the in-house esky, beach towels, and pool noodles were unexpectedly handy, adding to the convenience of our stay. Overall, a spacious and immaculate unit in a prime location, paired with everything Darwin has to offer, made for a truly faultless trip. Would definitely stay here again. ☀️

We had the nicest stay at Lorraine’s place! A perfect location while in Darwin, easily walkable to a number of good restaurants and a beautiful beach. Also very easy to call an Uber to get around Darwin, it never took more than 4 minutes for a car to arrive. Lorraine was very responsive in communicating with us, extremely friendly and offered helpful suggestions. She actually lives in the unit next door so is available at a moment’s notice, if needed. And an extremely nice touch was the fridge stocked with basics and lovely snacks, which was very much appreciated. There are also food items available for purchase in the general reception area of the apartment complex, which we found to be very handy.

Awesome apartment to stay for the week. Amazing precinct where everything is easily accessible. Very clean apartment with amazing views. Sunsets can take your breath away. Isabella was great to deal with and very easy to correspond with. Will we be back? YES! YES! YES!

Enjoyed our stay, perfect size for 2 of us with cooking and washing amenities. Good location, easy check in, Anthony was responsive to any questions.

Excellent location- central to Darwin city with everything in walking distance. Close enough to everything and far enough away that we weren’t bothered by late night partying. The view from the balcony was divine- city scape and stunning sunsets. Watching the boats coming and going. Caught the breeze beautifully. The apartment was clean and included everything we needed. Eli was communicative and provided clear instructions around check in/out, etc. If you’re visiting Darwin and are without a car- I highly recommend this apartment.

I felt at home there. The owner is flexible and friendly. The location is good. And the kittens are very friendly!
