Our Mayor of Philadelphia once resided near the block and has sponsored this block to keep it nice and neat. Our family has been local to Philadelphia for 30 years and we have renovated the entire building to feel refreshing and spacious while still being affordable. We personally make sure all sheets and towels are washed and clean with sanitizing spray throughout the whole unit after every stay. Space is spotless and we expect nothing less. It is probably cleaner than your own house lol!

Sheila and her home were greatly appreciated. I had my parents and siblings up from out of town, and her place was perfect! Clean and comfortable furniture/beds. It had everything needed to cook wonderful meals together, and great space to play games board games together. Also, beautiful private yard and front porch that we enjoyed with the nice weather. Thank you thank you thank you!

Our stay was absolutely amazing, the host’s live on site but you have complete privacy. You have the option of parking on the property or street parking. They greeted us during the check in, gave us a tour and told us if we needed anything to not hesitate to let them know. Outstanding hospitality and a beautiful home, we couldn’t have asked for a better combo!

Brent's place was just as described! The kitchen is brand new and beautiful! This space is nicely decorated and not too far from the major sites in Philly. It was clean and the host was extremely responsive. I would definitely book again! The only thing to consider is that the space is not very toddler friendly so just keep that in mind if you have small kiddos. Otherwise it was perfect!
