Holiday rentals with lake access in Dar El Salam

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Houseboat65. I was there with five other folks - a couple & their two kids (8 & 11) and another single person. We had the three apartments on the second floor — perfect. I got lucky and slept in a gorgeous three-room space surrounded by windows, which filled the room with light. We spent a lot of time on the Nile-facing porches, chatting and having cocktails. It felt like our own little slice of calm and peace in busy Cairo. Jerome and the amazing Marie (we love you, Marie!) were beyond responsive: anything we needed (and that wasn't much: these spaces are well-stocked) or any time we needed assistance with luggage, etc., they were there in a flash. Marie served as our driver and top-notch tour guide for two days and wow - we felt so comfortable and well-taken care of. She knows the city so well and didn't hesitate to take us to some very far-flung locations. We can't WAIT to tell our friends about our stay and hope we get to come back!

It was a beautiful experience being with at the place . I was very understanding and the place was full of life and positivity. The staff was very cooperative and wonderful.

Mrs. Hanan’s apartment was perfect, with lovely decor and spotlessly clean. Not only was it a pleasure to stay in, but it was also ideally located on the Maadi Corniche, literally a few steps away from several restaurants and shops, plus several tourist attractions. Hanan was easy to contact and checked in on how we were doing in a very welcoming and friendly manner. Would Definitely stay again

I just completed my second stay at Khalid and Yehia's place, and it was just as fantastic as the first! The consistency in quality and comfort is truly impressive. The space is always impeccably clean and inviting, making it a perfect getaway. Yehia and Khalid continues to be an exceptional host, providing helpful tips and quick responses to any questions I had. I appreciate the little touches that make the stay feel special. I can't recommend this place enough! I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

I had an amazing and unforgettable stay at this beautiful apartment! The view of the Nile amd Pyramids from the balcony was absolutely stunning, and the location was perfect—centrally situated between Cairo and Giza, making it easy to visit all the major tourist attractions. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped with all the essentials, and incredibly comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and Mr. Abdulrahman, the caretaker, was incredibly helpful. He greeted us upon arrival, gave us a thorough tour of the apartment, and shared great tips about nearby places to buy daily necessities, especially since we were traveling with kids. Maid service was available upon request, which is a nice touch if you're planning an extended stay. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a memorable stay with a thoughtful and caring host!
