Would recommend. Clean, quiet, and nice place. Well decorated without being cluttered.

5 stars for the host Omar alone. He was very communicative, had clear instructions for checking in, and responded to questions in no less than 5 mins every time. The studio had everything we needed with a beautiful view, a nice balcony, and well stocked with beach things. Also free street parking. The area was very walkable with hundreds of restaurants. We probably tried 15-20 while we were there. We stayed a month and never ran out of things to do. The beach is a 2$ circuit trip away or street parking for around $4/hr with the park mobile app. The studio is in a great location that is walkable to downtown but also easy to get to the beach. We also visited Miami 3 times and Juno Beach and West Palm beach to the north. A few cons to note: currently (April 2025) there is construction right across the street which is noisy during the morning and the day. There is also a school where you can hear schoolchildren throughout the day. In total, easily 5stars and we loved our experience.

The property met our needs exactly. It was spotless and really spacious, more so than the description. The beds were SO comfy. Arash answered any query had very quickly, despite them being really minor. We loved the location, and barely needed the car. Found a couple of great restaurants nearby. Took the Everglades trip which was phenomenal. This will definitely be our Airbnb.choice next time we’re in town

I have stayed here now on a number of occasions. The units are small, but quite comfortable. There are plenty of stores and good restaurants nearby. And I like having tennis courts and pickleball nearby at Frost Park. Maria Elena is a wonderful realtor and always answers questions quickly. I am sure I will be staying here again soon in the future.
