great place to stay enjoyed the delicious homely food quality, quantity,taste and very reasonable organic food if u r coming with kids this the best place host and her family are sweet,caring and kind perfectly homely feel stay very near to buddha park and have good space for parking...worth every penny we paid..

It was Peasant & peaceful staying at Jungle between alpine trees . Rooms were cozy , Japnese style , Restaurant is awesome ...Master chef cooked so well,staffs were helpful & extrovert. Overall , It was a nice stay , food was delicious . I recommend this jungle stay if you want to move away from hussle & bussle of city and enjoy the peaceful environmental with chirping birds, flowers , delicious foods , good Guides .😀😀

I had an amazing stay at Sahil’s Airbnb in Darjeeling! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The views were stunning, and the location gave easy access to the main sights while still being peaceful and quiet. Sahil was an exceptional host—very welcoming, helpful, and always available for anything we needed. His local recommendations really enhanced our trip. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Darjeeling. Thank you, Sahil, for a memorable experience!

The Host The Architect The Perfectionist “Chetan” has lots to offer. The property is exceptionally designed by the host himself. The rooms are class apart. It seems they have been specially curated for you only. The washrooms have luxury bath fittings. The restaurant is coming up very nicely. It gives you feel of tranquility alongwith Royalty. The staff is courteous helpful and jovial Chetan’s Better Half “Rose” will be there to greet you and you can see her plucking fresh vegetables from their garden to make fresh salads and vegetables for you. Its proximity to The Mayfair and Queens pod make it even more worth staying. welcoming, polite, friendly are the few words which will describe the host. I will like to recommend thismolace to the visitors who are looking for no frill place and enjoy the Temi Tea gardens. my recommendation, do enjoy the local tea prepared by the host...it will energize you.

The Homestay - Humble. If you're seeking peace and tranquility, you must come here. Sit by the window and all you see is the lush green panorama, all you hear is the endless chirping of birds. And when you see the clouds rolling in through the valley, you may never want to leave. The Host - Like a brother, he took care of us. Prakash bhai was there when our flight was hours late and we arrived post midnight. He did complain a bit, but that's his pahadi sense of humour. Never said no to any requests/demands. He offered us snacks+coffee+rum, and did not charge a single penny more, even though all of it was out of his meal plan. And he suggested us hikes/treks around Gurdum. This is where Chandan bhai comes in. The man not only cooked for us, but was also our guide on a short but thrilling hike to Dumbarkhola falls. Amenities - Basic. Clean room, delicious food. If you're a yak/pork lover, ask for it. 3 meals, 2 tea+snacks per day is offered at ₹600. Come here, rediscover yourself.

Had the most amazing time at Norbu Gokyil in Darjeeling! The place is super peaceful, tucked away just enough from the town to feel calm but still close enough to everything. The best part though was the lovely family hosting us — all four of them were so kind, welcoming, and genuinely sweet. You really feel like you’re staying with friends rather than just renting a place. They were always happy to help, whether it was with local tips or just chatting over tea. And their three adorable dogs made the stay even better — super friendly and so cute! The room was clean, cozy, and perfect to come back to after a day of exploring. The food was also really good and homely — just what you’d want in a place like this. Would 100% recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful, heartwarming stay in Darjeeling. Already missing it!

This is a beautiful tranquil place to stay overlooking the monastery and hills. There are fabulous views of the Kanchenjunga range if it is clear! Jigmee and his family are friendly and kind people who looked after us very well. Spike the Great Dane is a lovely and gentle dog living there. We had excellent home cooked fresh food too. We would recommend this homestay for a relaxing time , there are monasteries and the Buddha Park a drive away if you want to travel a bit. We would love to return here again.
