Completely renovated in July 2024, this bright and modern apartment is on the second floor of a small three-story residence. It offers a pleasant ceiling height of more than 3 meters and is dual-aspect for beautiful light throughout the day.

The A11 motorway is 10 minutes from Illiers-combray exit: n° 3.1 Nearby (3kms to Bailleau le Pin) are all shops ( supermarket, bakery, pharmacy... etc.) Bed linen and towels are provided.
