Fernwood Forest

This is a true log cabin in the woods adjoining 9,000 acres of Chattahoochee National Forest. The home is on a small creek in a valley by Taylor's Ridge with private trails to the top of the mountain. There is a large stone fireplace in the den. Though it is a rustic setting we have great WIFI and streaming 4K HDR TV. We have space and facilities for dog and horse owners. Cloudland Canyon, Jarrod's Place Bike Park, Dalton, GA, and Chattanooga, TN are nearby and great day time destinations.

The house has easy access, just 1 min to high way ( I-75 ) on last exit 353 between Georgia and Tennessee line. Is located just 15 min from downtown Chattanooga, Hamilton mall (8 min), Chattanooga Airport (11 min) and many touristic places. We are a family of 4 including 2 medium dogs. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. You will be just a couple of minutes from the interstate (75). 20 minutes from downtown Chattanooga and 20 minutes from Dalton, Georgia. You are one mile from a grocery store, and several fast food restaurants. You are just a 10 minute drive to Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia which has Walmart and many places to eat and shop.
