Great place to stay when we come for volleyball playing at the convention center

The hosts were very accommodating and friend. They checked in on us and made sure that we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

The description was very accurate. The AC worked great. We asked for extra pillows and were provided before we arrived! The valet was responsive, they are busy, plan to call before you leave the unit. Beautiful windows, hardwood floors, the gym and pool were a great addition. Every downtown city has a homeless population, we were never bothered by anyone. Felt completely safe. Thank you

Absolutely LOVED my stay at Robert’s Airbnb — 5 stars without a doubt! From the moment I booked, Robert’s communication was outstanding. He was incredibly personable and made me feel welcome right away. Anytime I had a question or needed anything, he responded almost instantly. It honestly felt like I was staying at a friend’s place — that’s how warm and attentive he was. The check-in process was smooth, the space was exactly as described (if not better), and it was clear that Robert put real care into making sure everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. You can tell he truly cares about his guests’ experience. If you’re looking for a host who goes above and beyond, Robert is your guy. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Dora’s place was just as the pictures on site. The place was clean and bed was super comfortable. We were there to visit two different friends and the location was same distance in opposite direction, so this was perfect for us. Walked to restaurant to get breakfast only a few blocks away. Would highly recommend this place. Had an awesome pool but we didn’t use it.

Brandon’s place was excellent! Convenient area for downtown Dallas. Ubers are always available. Valet parking easily accessible. Beds and bedrooms super comfortable! Lots of space and the lighting in the living room is unmatched! I will say the only thing that I was uneasy or uncomfortable with would be the homeless crowds of people. I understand that this comes with being in a big city but just be careful walking around the area. Overall the place was just what we needed!

My 14-year-old nephew and I loved our stay at Helen's place! She was super responsive and messaged back within minutes when I reached out. The apartment was the perfect amount of space, and we loved ending each day with a movie on the couch! It was clean, free of clutter, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. We didn't use the pool or weight room, but we had a meal in the lobby at the hotel restaurant the night we arrived, and the food was good! The apartment was so centrally located, and there was so much within walking distance or a short drive. We would absolutely stay again!

The space is great! Please be mindful of parking space in the driveway. This is shared with the neighbor. The Neighbor will have an issue with this and make sure not to park in front of her house either. She didn’t come out friendly at all but we knew that we didn’t come to someone’s else property and not treat it like our own. Respectful and class will always be shown. The property accommodated our family. The host was in contact with us the entire time. Jay answered all questions and made it easy. Checking in and out. They had more than enough towels in the laundry room cabinets and the kitchen was fully equipped with utensils. I overall loved it and follow the rules given and it was no problems. Definitely recommend again for family or work event.

Definitely was a great stay. Nice and quiet neighbors, neighborhood wasn’t bad at all. Not a far drive from many of the places we went to. Lionel was a great host! Very responsive! I loved the artwork and he sent me the guy who sells them. Ended up being too busy to buy any of his pieces, which is the only thing that disappointed me during the stay. The movie room was great and the terraces were nice to chill on. Loved every single mirror in the house! Thanks for a great stay Lionel!

We are Dallas residents and unfortunately experienced a house fire earlier in the week. We were so grateful to be welcome into a safe, clean, and welcoming home with the most helpful and friendly home owner. We are so thankful for our time here!

I stayed at Syed’s place during a quick trip to the Carrollton/Dallas area and had a genuinely good experience. The entire second floor is private and felt very clean and quiet, which made it easy to relax. The neighborhood is calm, and I felt safe walking around—even late in the evening. One thing I didn’t expect was the full kitchen—it had a proper sink, full-size fridge, stove with exhaust, and a dining table. I cooked breakfast both mornings and appreciated not having to eat out or sit on a couch to eat. That made the stay feel a lot more comfortable and homelike. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the extra space overall was really useful. The theater room was a fun touch—I wasn’t expecting that and it was nice to have a place to just chill in the evening. Syed was responsive but gave space, which I appreciated. Overall, it’s a solid place to stay. Quiet, clean, and in a convenient spot near stores and restaurants. I’d stay again if I’m in the area.

This stay was great the home was very clean and well maintained and had tvs and comfy beds I’ll definitely stay again adding to favorites now!!!!!!

We stayed at Allen’s while attending a convention. Pretty much slept there and that was it. The place had some issues but Allen was aware and working to get them resolved and I have no doubt he will. If I am back in Dallas I would not hesitate to stay there again!

We booked a staycation for my daughter birthday and this was the perfect place. The house was cozy and felt like home. The kids love the movie theater room. Also the beds were so comfy. I would highly recommended. Also the neighborhood was very quiet. If i have to book again i would book with Dieter.

Nice place ! Good location very spacious, beautiful home pool nice . Diana was a wonderful host communicated well with me anything questions I had she answered I would stay at this place again !
