Fantastic patio in a western location overlooking Lake Väsman. Large house with several social areas. 3 bedrooms with doors. Close to skating, several cross-country skiing facilities and 25-30 minutes from Romme Alpin, a very good slalom facility. Central and close to everything! 500 meters to swimming area/ice rink in winter The forest around the house and about 1 km to the city center where there are train connections. Quiet area and good neighbors. There's space for 2 cars in the driveway and one in the carport.

Welcome to a family-friendly mountain cabin with direct access to Gubbmyren's illuminated cross-country ski trail. It only takes you five minutes by car to Experiumtorget, where you will find ski slope, adventure pool, restaurants and bowling alley. If you choose to walk the illuminated walkway to the ski slope instead, it will take you about 10 minutes.
