We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. We were particularly impressed by the impeccable cleanliness - everything was sparkling clean, well-maintained and lovingly prepared. You feel immediately welcome and comfortable. The villa is not only tastefully furnished, but also ideally located: the beach is only a few minutes away, which is especially convenient for relaxing days by the sea. At the same time, the city is also within easy reach – ideal if you want to take a stroll, eat out or go shopping. Another highlight was the private pool: clean, pleasantly tempered and perfect for cooling off and relaxing – a real plus! The combination of tranquility, comfort, proximity to the beach and proximity to the city makes this accommodation really special. We can recommend it without restrictions and will be happy to come back!

I went to Mr. Ufuk's house with my group of friends. Mr. Ufuk was really helpful in communication. I contacted him regardless of the time difference. The house was very clean, very handy. The garden, the pool, the seating area, the barbecue, everything was great. We were very pleased. You can choose with peace of mind. The location of the house is a little high, you definitely need to have a car. It is 30 minutes from the sea and Fethiye bazaar, but it is a quiet place to rest your head. If you come to Fethiye, this should definitely be one of your choices. I would like to thank Mr. Ufuk for everything.

We went on a honeymoon with my wife, the design of the villa, the beauty of the decor, the cleanliness, the ease of access to everything was perfect. The host was caring and relevant, friendly. A place to come again. Everything was available in the villa, you need to take your food and drink, I would recommend it to everyone with peace of mind.

The view from the house is absolutely perfect. Everything in the house has been thought out and beautifully designed. The host was very helpful, thanks to everything. And the cleanliness, which I'm most sensitive about, is fully rated from us. We are definitely planning to come back to summer.

The specified issues were completely correct, the terrace was very nice, the barbecue was left ready to use, we did not waste any time. We paid a lot of attention to hygiene and had no problems at home.

Amazing Villa! Ayse was also extremely friendly and even cooked us some Turkish treats. The villa is extremely comfortable, bedrooms are all air conditioned, pool is clean. Location is also great just outside the centre of the town and within walking distance. Would highly recommend!

Lovely stay, Mert was very helpful organising transfers for us. Villa was immaculate, well stocked and exactly as described. Location is perfect, 5 minute walk to the river with good bars and restaurants. Lovely villa, great host and fantastic holiday.

We simply loved our stay in this fantastic bungalow in Çalış! The accommodation is a real insider tip: quietly located, but at the same time in the middle of life. You can walk to the promenade in a few minutes, to great cafes, small boutiques, supermarkets or restaurants right on the water, and yet in the evening you can only hear the gentle rustling of the trees. The highlight for us was the beautifully landscaped garden with absolute privacy. Everything seems lovingly thought out. Like the stylish whirlpool, where we ended the day in the evening. Especially nice: the outdoor projector! We wouldn't need this so often, but it's nice to have. :) We had a visit from the family for a barbecue, for which the garden was also great. The bungalow is modern, clean and cosily furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen. Ahmet was super helpful, gave us great local tips and was immediately available for questions and comments. The house is beautiful, we had a perfect 4 night stay! The house matches the photos perfectly and we can even say that it is more beautiful in reality. We loved the private side of the accommodation, not overlooked which allowed us to enjoy the pool with our children in peace. A big thank you to our host, who was able to advise us and responded quickly to our questions. We'll definitely be back next year!

Amazing location and fabulous views. We were met my Mehmet inspite of an awkward arrival time. Everything was exactly as described. Communication was excellent. We had no issues and would definitely book again. Highly recommended.

Thank you very much Mr. Emre, his house is thoughtfully designed as well as in the pictures. We had a very comfortable holiday in April with 2 family heated pools.

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Host was welcoming and helpful. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was clean--my kids had a great time swimming and playing in the pool during our stay. The air-conditioning worked great! The kitchen was big and made our stay easy. Everything was well maintained and felt safe. Would stay there again.

We had a very satisfying stay. There are 4 separate bedrooms in the house and each bedroom has a bathroom and toilet. This makes the house ideal for groups of a few families like us. Also, everything we might need was available at home and the house was clean. The pool part was also very enjoyable. You are only exposed to a little road noise because it is on a relatively busy street in terms of location. By the way, the host is a wonderful person. Whatever we asked for during the holiday, whatever we needed, he came running. We would like to thank Mr. Gökhan and Mr. Arif very much, and we hope to see you again :)
