We really enjoyed our stay! David and Helen were very responsive and flexible when our number of guests changed, and the house is very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, and there are some great restaurants and coffee places nearby. Definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic stay! The space was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as listed/pictured. Tons of seating. The beds were incredibly cozy. Russell has anticipated everything that a guest may need and was very responsive. Instructions were clear and access was easy. The building is very quiet (we never heard the neighbors, outdoor noise, or overhead airplanes). The proximity to the airport, target, coffee shop, and food was perfect. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Such an excellent spot to stay in Minneapolis! The location is excellent, with lots of great spots nearby to explore, eat and drink. The bed is comfortable and our kids slept wonderfully on the pull out sofa bed. Don’t hesitate to book this place for your next stay in MSP!

We found Hunter’s place to be relaxing and clean — just what we needed. The parking spot being right outside the front door was very convenient for our family. The home was clean and comfortable. Taking the trash out has a few extra steps, but Hunter left very clear and detailed instructions that made it easy. We appreciated the baby utensils — a pleasantly surprising amenity. Overall, great spot with easy access to the airport and the mall.

Great find and value only a block from where we used to live when we lived in Minneapolis. Right next to bike and walk/run trails. Bright blue color made the duplex easy to identify in the dark winter night. The hosts were responsive which was especially great because it snowed during our stay. Exactly what is needed for a few days stay with a functional kitchenette (no stove). Off street parking available for the snow emergency parking rules but also street parking is easy.

Apryl made this stay extremely easy and enjoyable! Anything that I needed was either already supplied or willingly gifted by Apryl! Even when we ran into some plumbing issues she was super helpful and efficient in making sure the place was good to go as soon as possible! I had my dog with me and numerous times she went out of her way to make sure he had treats and a cozy bed to sleep on while I was away at workouts. I would 10/10 recommend this place as it’s a quick trip to downtown Minneapolis and only a few blocks from the interstate! Apryl was a great host for many different reasons, and if I am ever back I will definitely be looking to stay again!

I was looking for a quiet get away to participate in a 7 day online retreat. Andrew's place was perfect. Tons of space. Classic old home style moldings and floors. Very quiet. Walking distance to downtown. Just what I needed.

Every detail, from the plush furnishings to the thoughtfully chosen decor clearly shows host has put a lot of care into making 🛏️ The king bed was incredibly comfy, and the peaceful surroundings made it easy to relax and recharge. 🍳 The kitchen was extremely well-equipped and thoughtfully curated. 🌟 The Andersons were outstanding hosts—responsive, kind, and organized, which made everything seamless. 🌳 Located in a quiet neighborhood, it’s a great base for exploring or simply unwinding. ✨ Whether you're after a romantic retreat or a solo escape, this place is an absolute gem. We left refreshed and already dreaming of our return. Highly recommend!

Situated in the heart of the city, this place made it easy to explore everything nearby. Restaurants, shops, and public transport were all within walking distance. Couldn’t ask for a better location! The property has such a relaxing vibe. The interior design is modern yet cozy, and the outdoor seating area was a great spot to unwind after a long day. Will definitely stay here again! This place offers excellent amenities at an affordable price. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations for the cost.

My family had a great time at Dawn's place. She was very kind and quick to respond to my inquiries. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and close to Minnehaha Falls, which was nice for a walk. The living room was cozy and the bedroom was clean and very comfortable. I would come back if I had the chance.
