Let me introduce my accommodation. You can see the grandeur of Seoraksan Daechungbong Peak, Dalma Peak, and Ulsanbawi Rock spreading out in front of the accommodation, and it is located in a place where you can see Yeongrang Lake and the open clean East Sea, which are 3 minutes away. I think it is a space where modern people who are tired of stress can rest and recharge by doing what they want, such as sea fishing, walking in Yeongrang Lake, bathing, hiking in Seoraksan, visiting famous temples, and visiting the Unification Observatory. In particular, it is not a professional pension with multiple teams, but a space where only one team stays, so it will be a place where you can rest a little more quietly. It was prepared as an accommodation for families and acquaintances, but we opened the accommodation with the hope that it would be a space for healing by connecting with good people. Like the name of the accommodation (Birch and White), the interior furniture is made of birch wood, which is good for the body, and the walls are treated with clean white. I hope you can see my birch wood work hanging in the accommodation, read a book while swinging in a well-organized garden, and take a rest.

It is a small multi-story accommodation located in the center of Ayajin, and is located on the fourth floor with a view of the sunrise and Ayajin Port from the bedroom. There is an elevator in the building, so it's easy to get around ~ ※ Things to know before booking the accommodation 1. The interior space of the lodging is small, so please refer to the photo posted on Airbnb before making a reservation. It is not suitable for those who want a large space. 2. There is a loft staircase inside the accommodation, so it is not suitable for children to use the accommodation, and only up to 2 adults can stay. (No additional guests allowed) 3. Dogs are not allowed 4. The accommodation is self check-in. Check-in 3 o'clock/Check-out 11 o'clock 5. Parking lot - Parking lot in the building and public parking lot in front of the building ※ The rooftop and rooftop (4th floor) are common spaces shared with the 3rd floor room. The country house courtyard with a tea lounge and a tap like a cafe where you can huddle for tea is a dummy. The Cheongho House has repaired the old house that was used as a bed and breakfast for a long time, and there is no place that is left untouched by its owner. Venice of Sokcho Ggaebae Oyeong is located at the Ggaebae wharf in Abai Village, and has a yard, kitchen, dining room, bedroom, and bathroom for two. You can fully feel and smell Sokcho in a space full of retro sensibility. In the dining area with a vintage oval dining table, we hope you will enjoy music and wine with a Bluetooth speaker with preset lighting. Newly installed sinks and inductions help enrich your dining experience. Microwave, toaster, coffee pot, etc. are fully equipped, so you can prepare simple and enjoyable meals. The soft and fluffy bedding and mattress are enough to relieve the fatigue of travel, and you can end the day lying in bed with Netflix. The spacious living room and bedroom are separated, making it great for couples, friends, or family to use. The property has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a living room and kitchen, and a veranda. The bedroom has 2 queen beds, so there is no inconvenience for 4 people traveling together. You can watch TV, Netflix, and more while lying in bed. There is a small terrace, so it is also good to have a cup of tea in the warm sun and nature on a sunny day. Go outside and go down the hill a little to reach the lake. Enjoy a slow walk around the beautiful Yeongrang Lake all year round. (It has been operated with a new interior since September 23, 2021.)

The spacious 2 toilets, 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen with island table and beautiful terrace make for a real relaxation for the family. You can enjoy a relaxing break in a clean building managed by Sesco membership. With two Netflix accounts, you have total privacy. It is in a fantastic location within a 5-minute walk to E-mart and a 10-minute walk to Cheongho Beach at Sokcho Beach, and it is quiet in a residential area. Mary & John has a washable drum washer and dryer for your convenience. In the morning and evening, you can see the beautiful view of Sokcho from the terrace.
