Let me introduce my accommodation. You can see the grandeur of Seoraksan Daechungbong Peak, Dalma Peak, and Ulsanbawi Rock spreading out in front of the accommodation, and it is located in a place where you can see Yeongrang Lake and the open clean East Sea, which are 3 minutes away. I think it is a space where modern people who are tired of stress can rest and recharge by doing what they want, such as sea fishing, walking in Yeongrang Lake, bathing, hiking in Seoraksan, visiting famous temples, and visiting the Unification Observatory. In particular, it is not a professional pension with multiple teams, but a space where only one team stays, so it will be a place where you can rest a little more quietly. It was prepared as an accommodation for families and acquaintances, but we opened the accommodation with the hope that it would be a space for healing by connecting with good people. Like the name of the accommodation (Birch and White), the interior furniture is made of birch wood, which is good for the body, and the walls are treated with clean white. I hope you can see my birch wood work hanging in the accommodation, read a book while swinging in a well-organized garden, and take a rest.

The largest family gathering for 5-9 people, clubs, workshops, etc. (4 rooms, 2 shower rooms) The most important location is right on the other side of Seorak Port (30 seconds on foot from the ocean view!) There is a very large (about 30 cars available) free public parking lot right in front of you, so you can park freely. It's a great location to go to tourist attractions, restaurants, and Yangyang surfing places and nice cafes in Sokcho. The spacious yard has a wooden bench where 6-8 people can sit and relax comfortably, and a barbecue grill (all equipment is provided when you pay an additional 40,000 KRW per barbecue). If you go to the rooftop, you can see the view of Mt. Seorak at a glance, which is a place I think of every day. ^.^ In addition, we have installed a living room, a master bedroom, a middle room, and a total of four air conditioners in the annex, and basic cooking utensils are prepared, so you can just come to rest comfortably. You can watch wireless internet and TV, as well as free Netflix, YouTube Premium, and IPTV on a 120-inch projector. PLS 5 and Marshall speakers are also available, and you can use the washing machine and dryer for 3 nights or more. Come to heal ~!!

This is a new two-story house in a quiet rural village. The first floor is where my parents live, and the second floor is a loft-style private house that is being operated. You can enter the accommodation through the external stairs, so you can check in without face-to-face contact, and you can freely use the barbecue, yard, stream, terrace, etc. alone~ My parents live there, so they can respond immediately to any inconvenience or requests. Although it is in the countryside, most of the nearby restaurants, cafes, convenience facilities, and tourist attractions can be reached within 20 minutes by car.(15 minutes to Sokcho Beach, 6 minutes to Mulchi Beach, 6 minutes to Hanaro Mart, 15 minutes to Sokcho E-Mart, 15 minutes to Seoraksan Cable Car, 10 minutes to Nakshan Temple, etc.) There is an additional cost of 30,000 won when using the barbecue or pot lid. Charcoal, firewood, torch, and stone are all prepared, so you only need to bring food. There is also a table on the terrace, so you can use a burner or a grill for a quick meal. Netflix, Tving, and automatic login are available on the 1st floor smart TV and multi-layer mini beam projector.
