It's near the university, and close enough to parks and supermarkets. there were quite a few middle eastern and Vietnamese restaurants in the area as well. The best part was the shower; hot and great water pressure. The worst were the neighbors upstairs and their late night stomping and furniture moving. also, there were a lot of feral cats that made noise late into the night. I'm a deep sleeper normally, but found rest difficult here.
