TONI has been built to a very high quality and impresses with underfloor heating in all rooms, high-quality, eco-certified vinyl floors and high-quality tiles. Apartment for Large Groups of up to 8 People This well furnished apartment offers 90 m² of space with two bedrooms, a living room (can also be used as a bedroom), and accommodations for up to 8 guests. A fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, Netflix, air conditioning, and a balcony ensure maximum comfort. Located just a 3-5 min walk from Dachau train station, you can reach Munich city center in about 20 minutes. Parking is included! There is also a second shared shower in the basement.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. We offer here our completely newly renovated, stylish Munich 2-room apartment (56 sqm) as accommodation. It is located in Bogenhausen, about 2 km from the center. Great connection via public transport. Nearest subway and S-Bahn station is 100m away, bus stop is right outside the front door. Shops in the immediate vicinity. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. The S-Bahn station of the S 2 to Munich can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, with a travel time of half an hour to Munich Central Station. The X730 bus to Pasing station in 36 minutes is also only a 5-minute walk away. After a stroll through the city or a day's work, the cozy south terrace invites you to relax.
