Cozy construction trailer to feel good, in the garden with pear and apple trees and with two ducks. Idyllic in all seasons. The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

Das Bad verfügt über eine Dusche und Badewanne (mit Blick ins Grüne). In nur drei Gehminuten gelangst du zum Schloss Nymphenburg, in ca. 10 Minuten zum botanischen Garten. Die öffentliche Tram Station am Romanplatz erreichst du ebenfalls in fünf Minuten, ein Taxi Stand ist zwei Minuten entfernt.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The S-Bahn connection can be reached in 8 minutes by bus. In the immediate vicinity, a bakery, butcher and pizzeria can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. Lake Karlsfeld is 1.3 km away and is an oasis of tranquility. Doctors and the shopping mall are 500 m away. Edeka, Aldi and Lidl can be reached in about 700 m. Otherwise, you can also enjoy the great location in the garden. Welcome to our comfortable, spacious 73 sq m holiday apartment in Unterschleißheim near Munich. Perfect for families and groups of up to 6 people, it features 2 bedrooms, a spacious living/dining area with a sofa bed, and 2 balconies. Munich Airport and city center are both reachable in approximately 20-25 minutes. Highlights include: 300 Mbps fiber optic internet, 2 balconies, and a hammock. Since 01/26, we have a private parking space directly in front of the building.

House on the lake with sauna

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. Large apartment in the north of Munich

My apartment is located in Karlsfeld in the north of Munich. It is very nice and is equipped with Internet Wi-Fi. It is absolutely quiet, in very good surroundings, on the 2nd floor, without an elevator. Supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, restaurants, cafes, beer garden, pizzeria, McDonald's, tennis court, swimming lake within walking distance. Good parking options. Bus: 100 m (10 min ride to the S-Bahn) S-Bahn train: in 20 minutes in the center of Munich.

Cozy apartment in Dachau

Our apartment is on the 1st floor in a quiet but centrally located residential area in Dachau. It is very spacious (1 bedroom and 1 living room/bedroom). For 5 people or more, we open another bedroom in the attic of the house. Our apartment has its own roof terrace. Munich is easily accessible via the nearby train station (approx. 12 minutes). But Dachau and its surroundings are also worth seeing. Shops serving everyday needs are nearby.
