We loved our stay at Antônio's house, the house is exactly as in the photos, truly clean, organized, equipped and very tasteful. House in a safe, quiet and well located place. We needed Antônio's support with the water filter and the shower resistance and he promptly helped us and solved the problem. Super commendate staff.

Wonderful stay, the place is perfect for spending time with structure and privacy close to the Atlantic Forest but at the same time having the beach nearby! We barbecued, watched Netflix and enjoyed everything it did with a little rain! City Hall would put a light on the part of the bathtub for the night, but we used some candles and tell you it got even better! Leonardo always polite and respond fast! Very good stay, I recommend 100% and would come back!

The house is super beautiful, cozy and exceeded our expectations! We were very well received by the caretaker, who was attentive and always proactive throughout the stay. The house has absolutely everything you need to have a pleasant time and have fun — from practical items to comfortable spaces. We took our two small dogs and they also enjoyed the space a lot. Everything was sensational! I highly recommend it and we would definitely come back.

The house is beautiful, just like in the photos, I felt at home. Everything was clean and organised for my arrival. The house is very equipped, it has everything we need. The location is great and you can walk to the beach, which is beautiful and very quiet. Sonia is very attentive and helpful, she responds to messages and gives excellent instructions, I will definitely return.

Perfect and cozy house, we made our barbecue with all the necessary items without missing anything. I sit at the home of friends who care to make you feel very comfortable. Malu always contacting us and giving local food tips and options. It was a perfect weekend

Our stay was great, the house is extremely well located and functional, very clean and no mess or smell of mold or anything, which ended up exceeding our expectations. The rooms and bathrooms are good, the kitchen has a multitude of good quality utensils and appliances and the ground floor offers rooms, bathroom, outdoor area, barbecue and a breathtaking and priceless view of the sea and the beach. We were able to have coffee and eat meals admiring the sea and even when using the kitchen, the stunning view stole our attention. This is a property that makes every penny count. The house is on the avenue that gives access to the beach, so there are all kinds of shops around. The caretaker couple helped us on arrival and conveyed security, promptly answering any questions, and also left us totally at ease, without unsolicited interactions. The house has an alarm, which we also think is good. Anyway, 10 out of 10! We will certainly return.

The stay was great, home exactly as in the pictures and perfect for three people. Very quiet and with a lot of privacy. On the first night there was a lot of wind, which enters through some parties of doors and windows, watch out for this if you have light sleep or trouble sleeping with the whistles or sounds of trees and bamboos. The only flat point was garbage on the beach, many plastic bottles.

My stay at Casinha was simply wonderful! The place is charming, with an impeccable decoration, all new, organized and of extreme good taste. In addition, Rob and Rafa are exceptional-attentive, helpful, and always-ready hosts to make the experience even more special. I recommend without hesitation!

The location is identical to the photos, everything is very well cared for and organized, in addition to being safe. we don't use the car for anything, everything is very close, and the beach service counts a lot. we'll be back soon.

The accommodation corresponds with the descriptive, is close to the beach, bakery and the centrinho with restaurants. It has all utensils, towels, bed linen and pillow. All ok!

Caroline's apartment makes us feel at home, very cozy, all very clean and not to mention the tranquility of the building. I stayed in her apartment a while ago, for all these reasons all the above I came back and will come back more often. About Caroline, always very fast to respond to my messages and always a lot requests. Highly recommend !!!!

What a joy it was to stay in this space! Feiticeira beach is so close that you can consider it your backyard. Beautiful, clean and organized space. Nina was extremely receptive and helped us with everything, including the establishment indications we needed. We were also well received by the kitten Shakira, the company was great on the days we stayed there! We hope to return soon.

Quiet place for a couple, especially if you prioritize having the main meals outside. Well-equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, but it only has a small pot. Only point of attention for those that likes to organize meals. My fiancé and I worked from there and we had no problems with the stability of the internet. Easy to get around by car. Right in the middle of the north and south zone making it easy to get to know different beaches. Local was well cleaned. I recommend and would go again.

It was my first experience, exceeded my expectations, I felt at home, very considerate and friendly host. The apartment is exactly as in the photos. I'm already leaving it booked to return. I highly recommend it!

I was there with 3 friends so we found the perfect appartement for 4 people. The appartement was beautiful and had a perfect location, only 2 minutes walk to the beach and many shops and restaurants within a 5 minutes walk. Eneas gave us some good information about the appartement and how to get in well ahead of the journey and was quickly reachable when we arrived.

The space beyond very beautiful, is extremely safe and pleasant. The house has air-conditioning in every room, plus screens in every window. The condominium is very well located and safe, the beach service is a differential and the Francisco employee helped us a lot with absolutely everything. It is noteworthy that the house is fully equipped, has a stove, oven, barbecue and everything that is needed for cooking. Without any doubt I will return soon, it is worth the rental, I recommend without any reservations.

The stay was excellent! The description fully matched what was in the listing. Marcelo e Márcia always responded very quickly, brought super interesting local tips and even helped us to make a better route choice for our return. As for the noises of the bars, which is in some comments, it did not bother us at all, all rooms have air conditioning and we can close the windows to sleep peacefully. The location is great, we did everything on foot in the city, the beach is beautiful and the space is even bigger than what appears in the photos of the ad. We loved the trip and in particular the attention of the hosts note 10. We will definitely return.

We love the stay. Positive points: Well located, 2 blocks from the beach, clean and well organized house, all closed with screens and free of insects, well equipped (cups, kitchen utensils, ...only the coffee maker was broken plus there was a strainer), fantastic barbecue, top showers, super quiet and well frequented place, without noisy people, safe place with 24-hour concierge, photos of the residence. Fantastic for a few days as a family, accommodating very well 5 people. Improvement Oportundiades: Major trash in the kitchen, softer mattresses and no additional toppings (my preference), lockers slightly worn out by the sea, but in good conditions, a little more facilities offered in the service such as putting on and removing the leased bed linen (detail) and a little bit more agility in communication. We'll be back for sure. Thanks a lot to Caroline and Dilson for offering us this opportunity, we think it's fantastic!!!

Sabrina was surreal, I'm kind of speechless, she did even more than necessary, super helpful and always online, friendly, she was simply wonderful. My husband is super selective with hotels/hostels and etc... but he barely wanted to leave the room because he felt so comfortable. It's super cozy, not to mention the beauty, the vibe, seriously, it's top-notch. I highly recommend it, and I'll be back a thousand more times.♥️

Sebastian was very attentive, gave several tips and there was also a pamphlet with a lot of local information. The condominium is safe, the house is very good and private. Very clean and with new furniture. Liked it a lot
