I’m excited to announce that we’ll be extending Superhost status through 2021 for Superhosts who continue to meet response rate and overall rating criteria.
These changes will apply to the next three Superhost assessments, happening in April, July, and October of 2021. This means that if you’re a current Superhost, we’ll extend your status through December 31, 2021 as long as you continue to uphold at least a 90 percent response rate and a 4.8 overall rating.

As the pandemic continues, it’s important that we all do our part to help protect one another from COVID-19. With this in mind, we’re launching safety practices that everyone in the Airbnb community must follow. For hosts, this means wearing a mask, practicing social distancing, and following Airbnb’s 5-step enhanced cleaning process.
On our end, we’ll give you access to tools and resources you'll need to uphold these standards, which you can find in the cleaning section of your Performance tab.
If you haven't done so already, you can review and agree to our enhanced cleaning policy here
Thanks for being our partner, and for everything you do to support the Airbnb community.
