The house of Anastasia and her mum is a very special place. It’s clean and large, with a magical terrace, with a lot of plants and flowers. Theopisti is kind and helpful. Thank you!! We loved our stay with you.

My stay at Hotel Aperanti was terrific. Sara and Tassos were wonderful hosts. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfasts were great, with local menu items and very fresh locally prepared foods. The village of Pera is friendly, and there were many outdoor attractions, most of them accessible by hiking. Pera is also not far from Nicosia, if a guest would like to visit the big city. This was my first stay at Hotel Aperanti, and I hope to return.

We totally loved the place! It was exactly like the photos, beautiful decorated, fully equipped, nice view from balcony, we enjoyed privacy in pool & jacuzzi, Mila was a great host and the location was perfect - quiet but close to all amenities and 5 minutes drive to town. Definitely recommendedand will come back!

Tolles Apartment, gepflegte Anlage. Sehr schön gelegen, zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Apartment super ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Morgens nach dem Aufstehen direkt in den Pool gesprungen und Abends gemütlich auf der Terrasse verbracht. Sehr schöner Strand nur 8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Nächstes Jahr gerne wieder

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt bei Maria. Das Studio ist sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet, super ausgestattet und die Terasse bietet einen tollen Ausblick. Die Restaurant-Tipps sind sehr gut und Maria war jederzeit erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist etwas außerhalb, was mit unserem Mietauto aber überhaupt kein Problem war. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Max, This was a wonderful weekend at your property. The amenities were minimalist, but thoughtful! The bed was great and the location rivaled anywhere I have been. Had an excellent stay with Sabina. She was extremely helpful with recommendations, tips and advice throughout our stay around Sea Caves. She definitely went above and beyond as an Airbnb host - she was great to talk with and really made us feel at home. We had plenty of space and the facilities provided were super clean and looked after. Please stay with Sabina as she will ensure you get the most out of your holiday and is always available for any issues questions that you might have. Hassina was an outstanding host, felt like at home. She was responsive, flexible and communication was very good. Place was nearby to a seabeach with a nice view along with some good restaurants options available. I would definitely recommend Hassina's place if you are looking for staying close to beach.

Maria and her parents went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Maria was brilliant at responding to messages and asking if there was anything I needed. Her mother brought me treats and was gentle and kind. I felt at home and couldn't have chosen anywhere better to stay. The apartment is about 30 minutes on foot from the old town and situated in an area that is peaceful and calm. Everything was as described. Thank you Maria, and to your parents, for a happy two-week stay.

Alison und ihr Mann sind super freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber*innen. Das Haus liegt abgelegen in den Bergen (ist mit der Wegbeschreibung von Alison aber leicht zu finden) und der Außenbereich & Ausblick vom Balkon sind sehr schön. Perfekt für alle, die nach Ruhe und Erholung suchen!

Very nice apartment. I know the area from previous visits so it was how I expected. Shops, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets all very near by.
