Beachfront holiday rental in Cyprus

We stayed for two weeks in George's bungalow. It's located on a excellent spot at the beach The location is quite, but there is everything you need in walking distance. The bungalow provides everything needed and we enjoyed the garden and the sunbeds, while the beach is only a few steps away. We will come back and can definitely recommend it.

Angela ist eine vorbildliche Gastgeberin: + freundlich + zuverlässig + fürsorglich + sehr gut erreichbar + hilfs- und kompromissbereit Die Unterkunft ist top gepflegt: + mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt ist + sauber und aufgeräumt + beste Lage + bequeme Bette + viel Platz für Familie mit 2 Kindern + nette Nachbarn Es gibt jedoch einen kleinen Minus "Ameisen". Die sind überall, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell an deren Gesellschaft. 😉

Tolles Apartment im sechsten Stock. Super schöner Blick auf das Meer, zwei Balkone, man konnte immer auch schattig sitzen. Gute Ausstattung, alles top!

What a fantastic villa, the location is superb with the villa located directly on the beach. We stayed end March / beginning April and very rarely saw anyone else on the beach. We were looking for a place to relax and unwind and this was perfect. The villa is private but had so much to keep my teen boys occupied - a massive very clean swimming pool, ping pong table, pool table, basketball court, football, dart board and kayaks. The weather was also good enough for swimming in the sea. The check in process was very easy and the villa had everything we needed. Zacharias was easily contactable if we needed anything. Thanks for a fantastic stay.

Great location and easy to find using the instructions Alex gave us. He met us there to talk through the property and general usage. This location definitely needs a car, plus there is so much to see in Cyprus that hiring a car is worth it. Lidl is 2 miles away for bits for keeping at the house. Best local food is Enalia, about 2 miles from the property, out of the house and turn left. Atmosphere, food quality and service are all amazing, huge portion sizes (I asked for half sizes, no problem). We spent a fabulous week here as 2 adult siblings and our Dad. Lovely place. We will return.

We have just spent a blissful week at Katerina's apartment just relaxing and enjoying the Cypriot sunshine which was perfect! The accommodation was perfect and had everything we needed. Would recommend getting a hire car though as no amenities nearby at all. Katerina's pool was just gorgeous too!

Das Ferienhaus ist in sehr gutem Zustand, aussen wie innen. Es fehlt an nichts. Im Kühlschrank erwartete uns eine große Auswahl Getränken und Esswaren.Dank! Die Betten sind sehr gut.Alle technischen Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei.Den elektrischen Sicherungskasten fanden wir erst per Telefonat , da eine Sicherung reaktiviert werden musste. Internet war sehr gut. TV konnten wir nicht nutzen, da wir uns nicht auskennen mit Netflix & Co. und keine Bedienungsanleitung vorlag. Dies war kein Mangel! Sehr gut ist der Pool, der zweimal wöchentlich sehr gut gepflegt wird von einem Profi.Sehr angenehm ist, dass ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück vorhanden ist. Sehr gut ist das Haus ausgestattet mit Klimageräten in allen Räumen. Die Lage des Hauses ca. 100m vom leeren Strand ist toll, ebenso der Meerblick selbst von der Erdgeschossterrasse.Airport&Larnaca sind nebenan. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Einige Mückenfenster wären hilfreich zum Genuss der Meeresluft!Tolle Vermieterin!

Other than there not being much hot water for showers, the property was very nice and location is great for a relaxing holiday by the beach.

We are satisfied with our stay. It is a small place, but enough for 2 people for a short stay ( we stayed for 4 nights). 10 mins walking distance to coral bay beach and a lively street full of restaurants yet inside a residential complex so it’s calm. The kitchen was equipped for simple cooking and there’s a nespresso machine. Functioning AC, tv and sofa. My only concern was the ants problem ( which i also saw in another review). We bought some fruits and it attracted some ants coming from outside. So it’s a bit annoying to have to really be careful on not leaving any food or crumbs.

A lovely place to explore Cyprus! It’s essential to have a car though, especially during off-season when all the restaurants in the neighborhood are closed. The next supermarket is a 15-min drive es well. The house is like it looked on the pictures and perfect for a family holiday, as it has 3 double rooms and a room with 2 single beds. We stayed there with our parents and loved it! The ocean is very close (just 2 min by foot) which is very nice. Maria was very responsive and a welcoming host, always helping out when we had trouble getting the water hot for example and couldn’t manage the heater. All in all, I would definitely book it again.

The apartment was perfect for my stay. It was exactly as described and is very centrally located. It had everything that I needed and given it's great location it was prefect to walk everywhere and relax. Sylvia was a great communicator, and the apartment was available 3 hours earlier than the normal check in time. I had a wonderful stay and I would definitely return and use this apartment again. Thank loads!!

Die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung, der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr schön und sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Richard war super und schnell. Die Anlage ist etwas schwer zu finden.

Prachtige privé villa, van alle gemakken voorzien, nog mooier dan op de foto’s! De keuken is heel uitgebreid uitgerust, ruim huis en tuin, lokale producten uit de tuin, práchtige sterrenhemel ‘s nachts, heel groene omgeving, leuk om te wandelen. Paradise beach is op loopafstand en ook heel mooi, de zee was nog heerlijk om in te zwemmen (veel warmer dan het zwembad)!

This place truly feels like Heaven on Earth! The view is absolutely stunning, and if you're into jogging or long walks, there’s an 8 km well-kept coastal path right outside the door that leads to Fig Tree Beach and beyond. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and dishes, which made cooking easy and convenient. The bathrooms are modern, spotless, and spacious—definitely a nice touch. No matter the weather, the large windows and balcony let you enjoy the scenery all day. Several beautiful beaches are nearby, with soft white sand and shallow, easy-access waters—great for relaxing or swimming. Restaurants, bars, and shops are close by, making everything super convenient. We visited in late April/early May—perfect weather and fewer tourists. My only small wish is for a way to clean the windows. One rainy day really messed them up—such a shame with that view! Still, it’s the perfect place to unplug, unwind, and recharge. We’re definitely coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is nice and clean with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The view of the sea with the beautiful garden is breathtaking. A very recommended vacation place to stay!

First of all Nefino is an awesome host, very proactive in letting you know where the apartment is, how to get inside etc and all round extremely friendly 🙂 The apartment itself, if anything, looks bigger than the pictures and is perfectly suited to both friends travelling or a group of 4 - it is big enough for 4 people without a doubt. its clean, it's just off the main promenade (3 min walk max), and is very quiet. Also because the balcony is 2nd floor you get a lovely breeze through the day. I would thoroughly recommend staying here both for the apartment itself and for the attentive nature of the hosts 😃🤩

Tolle, saubere und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft in einer schönen landwirtschaftlich geprägten Umgebung zwischen Oliven- und Gemüseplantagen. Wer es ruhig mag, dem wird es hier sehr gut gefallen. Fußläufig ist zwar nichts zu erreichen - keine Restaurants, keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, keine (schönen) Strände. In wenigen Minuten Fahrt ist mit dem Auto aber alles erreichbar - insb. Agios Theodoros fanden wir sehr schön. Dort gibt es auch schöne Tavernen, in denen man gut essen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und alles hat perfekt funktioniert. Einziges Manko: Die Hunde im Zwinger direkt nebenan haben fast jede Nacht quasi durchgehend gebellt bzw. geheult, was teilweise echt nervig war.

The room was clean and we had everything we needed plus there is a shop downstairs which was very practical. Nikos was a super friendly host who gave us recommendations for what to do in Paphos, he answered my messages within 5 minutes and always tried to help.

Lovely apartment by the sea. The views are incredible and I really loved how comfortable the bed was. You will find everything you need in the apartment and hosts are available if you need them. Would love to stay again.

Es war so wie auf den Bildern. Wunderschön. Als Familie mit 2 Kindern (4 und 6 Jahre) haben wir die Nähe zu dem netten Ort Latchi sehr genossen. In 20 Minuten am Fußgängerwegs entlang der Strandpromenade waren wir bei vielen tollen Restaurants, Eisdiele, Supermarkt etc. und am Weg befinden sich einige Spielplätze. Also eine tolle Lage! Der Vermieter hat auf unsere Anfragen schnell und hilfreich geantwortet! An kalten Tagen im Februar gibt es ein paar Hotels, wo du als Tagesgast den Spa-Bereich bzw. Indoor-Pool nutzen darfst. Das nächstgelegene "Latchi Escape Hotel" ist dafür aber NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT. Dort waren wir. Schäbig und schimmlig. Fahrt lieber etwas länger in ein Hotel um Paphos und zahlt etwas mehr.

Superbe maison, grande, propre et très bien fournie en équipements de tout genre. L'espace extérieur est tout aussi agréable : terrasse et jardin fleuris pour profiter du soleil du matin au soir ! L'accès à la mer est à la sortie du jardin, magnifique. Lars et son épouse ont été très chaleureux à notre arrivée. Endroit à recommander malgré parfois la difficulté à avoir de l'eau chaude si les panneaux solaires ne sont pas fonctionnels.
