Holiday rentals with beach access in Cyclades

We had the BEST time ever staying here! Stamatis went above and beyond—he picked us up from the airport, gave us amazing recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The house itself was amaaaazing with so many thoughtful amenities, plus fresh fruits, snacks, and drinks waiting for us when we arrived. It honestly felt like staying in a 5-star hotel. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk from the port, restaurants, and shops. We felt so well taken care of and would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Milos. Don’t think twice, book it!! THANK YOU FOR THE AMAZING STAY!

From the minute I met the hosts at the ferry port I knew this vacation was going to be special! They are both so warm and welcoming and I now have new friends for life. The home was the ideal place that I dreamed of...it overlooks the Aegean Sea, just 10 minutes outside of the port city, close to a grocery market and numerous beaches. The sunset right from the porch or from the shore is heavenly and different every night. There's a path down the cliffside right to the water. The home itself is exactly as it appears in the description and the pictures. I absolutely plan to visit here again as this home is exactly the relaxing environment I was hoping for. I highly recommend it!

Great place to stay in Mykonos. Right outside the main old port area with all the shops and bars. Super easy to walk into town, scooter rental right next door. Also far enough where it’s not too loud at night. Staff is very friendly and have outstanding service. Nice views of sunset and a balcony. AC works well. Very small rooms however. Would recommend for a couple to stay.

Staying here was perfect. Alex was very helpful in arranging transportation, providing recommendations, and being very flexible with our check in/out times. The location was great with walking distance to all the restaurants and shops Naoussa had to offer. Would recommend to anyone!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön - weißes Haus mit blauen Fenstern und pinken Blumen. Die Lage war perfekt mit unserem Mietwagen (den wir direkt vor der Tür parken konnten) zu erreichen und zwischen einer Vielzahl wunderschöner fußläufig erreichbarer Strände. Aus dem Bett sowie von der Terrasse aus konnte man direkt auf das Meer sehen. Die Kommunikation mit Stella war sehr nett und einfach. Sie hat uns mit einem Tablett voll Essen willkommen geheißen. Es wurde täglich gereinigt und sogar die Handtücher wurden ausgetauscht. Der einzig negative Punkt waren die Mücken. Ein Fliegengitter im Fenster wäre sinnvoll.

This is a cute, comfortable bnb with a great view of Mykonos. The only negative would be the stairs to get to the residence. We knew about them bc we read the reviews but thought it would be worth it for the view and it was. The views are beautiful. There is a cute patio which is great for sitting out on with some wine and cheese to enjoy. The residence is in a quiet area away from the busy Mykonos town which is a plus. The residence was fully equipped and Angelina was very sweet and responsive. Would recommend.

My wife and myself absolutely loved it here. The views and privacy was amazing! There is nothing but goats up in the mountain sideWe loved taking a morning dip in the pool while having a coffee. Hugh was so awesome. He provided us with some amazing recommendations and helped us set up shuttles to and from the port. We absolutely loved it here and can’t wait to come back to stay at this lovely home!

Το δωμάτιο (D1) ήταν πανέμορφο με εκπληκτική θέα στην θάλασσα. Ήταν όπως στις φωτογραφίες, ίσως και λίγο καλύτερο. Το κρεβάτι με την τζαμαρία και την θέα στην θάλασσα, το μπάνιο που είχε οπτική επαφή με τον χώρο του κρεβατιού, το τζακούζι στην τεράστια βεράντα με την μαγευτική θέα, με εντυπωσίασαν, και έδιναν μία αίσθηση πολυτέλειας. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα για ζευγάρια. Με το τζακούζι υπήρχε μόνο ένα πρόβλημα όταν φτάσαμε, αλλά μόλις ενημερώσαμε την ιδιοκτήτη μας εξυπηρέτησε αμέσως. Θα ξαναπάμε σίγουρα.

Fue una de las mejores experiencias de mi vida. Un lugar increíble como Mykonos merece pasarlo en un lugar como esta Vila. No solo el lugar es fantástico sino que nuestro anfitrión fue un 10/10: amigable, súper atento, con detalles y recomendaciones locales. Sin dudas voy a volver a este paraíso.

This is a fantastic place, love, love, loved it. The house was ideal for the 3 of us, however you could fit more in. The host provided stuff for breakfast, including milk and orange juice. We would definitely stay here again

Wir waren zu dritt in der Unterkunft, um Freunde in Karystos zu besuchen. Es war alles prima. Ein wunderschöner Strand am Fuß des Berges, nach Karystos rund sieben Minuten mit dem Auto, das für Euböa erforderlich ist. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Lage sehr ruhig mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Bucht. Wir würden es demnächst wieder buchen wollen. :-)

George was the perfect host. The place was accurately described, and we were steps from the beach. The mini market was a minute away, and the owner along with David were very helpful, too. George was responsive and there within 15 minutes when the front door blew shut and locked us out with our key, and phones inside. Such a pleasant man, we would definitely go back and stay at his properties. The people were so kind everywhere we went, and we terribly sorry to leave Naxos and Agios Prokopios especially.

The house is literally right at the water. The final drive down to the house is extremely steep, and with a larger vehicle it was a challenge to turn the car around. We became pros at this about halfway through our 15-night stay!! With only three of us in the house, we had plenty of room. We thoroughly enjoyed the two living rooms (first and second levels). We also enjoyed the multiple decks to sit out and enjoy the water sounds. We used the outside table by the pool a few times and appreciated the extra shade provided by the electric awning. The pool was a bit cold for us, but we did use it. The lichen had everything we needed, which we appreciated. The house far exceeded our expectations!! Rania was very helpful, as she provided great suggestions for restaurants, activities, etc.

Probably the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in so far. Out of all the boathouses jn Klima, this one is the best since it has a nice rooftop patio so you can avoid all the tourists walking down and talking pictures. In general it’s a pretty quiet area which is what we wanted, and all of the neighbors are so nice. They provided us with water and snacks, and the shower water can get pretty hot if you want it to (an essential for me 😂). Life changing experience.

This is the third time we have stayed here. Harris is very responsive. The place is exactly how it is described. Very clean, the views are stunning. His mum is so welcoming and lovely. It’s about 20 mins from the airport.

Our stay at Drougas’ Seahouse was nothing short of magical, and unlike any other lodging experience we’ve ever had. Maria’s home is quaint, charming, cozy, and serene. And as others have mentioned, she and her husband are two of the kindest people you will ever meet. She left us a bottle of wine and some delicious baked goods upon arrival which was so appreciated after a long ferry ride. I reached out to her during our stay because my husband and I really enjoyed the wine and were looking for a store to purchase another bottle on the island. She let us know that it was not a bottle from Milos, and the next day when we arrived home from our boat excursion, a new bottle was waiting for us on the kitchen table (not the mention a freshly cleaned apartment). I also clumsily broke one of her wine glasses, and Maria couldn’t have been more forgiving. It’s clear that she and her husband truly care about their guests’ experience. We will cherish our memories in Klima forever!

The apartment is a mile or so outside the port and little town of Livadi. We stayed for a week and as we didnt have a car walked to and from the town along a beautiful tree lined bay where we stopped off to eat in the cafe and bathe in the sea. The apartment which is attached to a larger house is thoughtfully decorated in a rough cottage style. We had breakfast and cooked evening meals in the kitchen and eat outside in the attractive patio garden. As Vici says in the brochure the apartment is small and we found adapting to its size was sometimes tricky but Vici is a brilliant and friendly host. During our stay she helped us again and again by collecting and returning us and our bags to the port and showing us around the little town. It was a great pleasure to meet her.

Central location, spacious apartment and host very accommodating and responsive. Great to have a washing machine. The baked cookies and fresh fruit a bonus!

Io e il mio ragazzo siamo stati benissimo: fin da subito siamo stati accolti con tanto calore e dolcezza da Marketousa che è sempre stata disponibilissima ad aiutarci e a rispondere ai nostri bisogni. La casa era piccola ma perfetta per due persone: attrezzata benissimo, pulitissima e veramente molto molto bella: sia fuori che all’interno. È stato un sogno soggiornare da loro. Una cosa che ci ha colpiti molto è stato un giorno in cui, tornando a casa, abbiamo trovato le lenzuola e gli asciugamani cambiati e disposti a forma di cuore con petali e cioccolatini🥹🥹🥹♥️♥️♥️ abbiamo apprezzato tanto questi piccoli gesti di cura… la pulizia infatti era offerta senza costi aggiuntivi e questi dettagli non sono da poco. Raramente si incontrano host così, grazie 🙏

The place is as described and as seen in the pictures. Extremely close to the beach, walking distance to the center and the port with many shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. If you need to work from there, be mindful that the internet is a bit slow. Maria and her brother were reallt attentive and we greatly enjoyed the apricots from the tree in the balcony! We definitely recommend.

This apt is very central and easily walkable to the port, main streets, parking lots, supermarkets, restaurants, and even two beaches in town. The apt has a great private balcony overlooking everything and we spent some time people watching below and looking out at the ocean. Great location!! Airport is only a 10-15 minute drive.

We did not want to leave. It was just magical. The ocean sounds, smell, fresh breeze, sunlight all made it feel so perfect. Didn’t even mind sharing the water access with other flats nearby. Ciel on the water was only really loud one night but they cut off at 10pm so that wasn’t even an issue. There are steps… thankfully there are some flat areas to rest in between flights. It was up a half flight, down 4-5 depending on how you count flights…. Definitely don’t bring big heavy luggage. Backpack if you can. The island is very casual so light packing is easy! Thankfully we heeded previous advice and did just that and it was manageable. Can’t wait to come back.

This apartment was ideal for a short stay in Athens. We were there for 2 nights. Vangelis collected us and was extremely helpful regarding local recommendations to minding our bags. The location was in a quiet local area with lovely beaches. It was loud at night but earplugs were provided.

we were blown away by Maria's super cute friendly mom who welcomed us and how much extra was provided, our bedding and pillows were great ...best place I have stayed in past 45 years I have travelled to Greece
