It is perched on the rock, with a small solarium garden, and to live a unique experience, it also has an outdoor jacuzzi tub with water that you will have to heat with the special wood stove, NOT AVAILABLE FROM 12 JANUARY TO 10 FEBRUARY. From every corner you have a wonderful view of Lake Como and the mountains that surround it.

This small waterfront annexe overlooks Lake Ceresio and is designed exclusively for two adults. The large windows offer an uninterrupted view of the water, while the outdoor courtyard has a gate for the exclusive use of guests, providing direct access to the lakefront. The accommodation does not have air conditioning (two fans are available). For safety reasons, it cannot accommodate children or pets. Private covered parking.
