Ein schönes Haus mit tollem Pool und einem sehr schönen Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Mithilfe der von Monica übermittelten Koordinaten und Googlemaps haben wir das Haus leicht gefunden. Wir kamen in der Nacht an und die Fahrt mit dem Auto zur Wohnanlage, in der sich das Haus befindet, war etwas abenteuerlich, da es die Tage vorher und auch bei unserer Ankunft regnete und die Umgebung sehr dunkel war. Hat aber alles geklappt. Die Kommunikation mit Monica war einwandfrei und sie war sehr hilfsbereit. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind mit Auto innerhalb von ca. 15 minuten gut zu erreichen. Uns hat es gut gefallen, trotz etwas Pech mit dem Wetter. Aber nach 3 Tagen regnen wurde das Wetter schöner und wor konnten Kalabrien erkunden. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Tout est réunis pour passer un excellent séjour en famille ou entre amis: -La villa est très spacieuse, confortable, propre et bien équipée. -Le jardin est magnifique et très bien entretenu. -La Piscine privée, le jacuzzi, la vue panoramique sur la campagne montagneuse et le château médiéval de Squillace offrent un cadre douillet et relaxant. -La cote et les plages aux alentours sont très belles, les restaurants typiques. Et Martina et Thomas, par leurs conseils et leur bienveillance, porteront une attention particulière pour que ce moment reste spécial pour vous.

This was an exceptional stay in Calabria for me and my family. The villa is exactly as it seems. It is likely the nicest AirBNB that one will ever find in Calabria. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Rino & Caterina were available 24/7 to help us, we had daily cleaning service, and Gianni was our driver at a moment's notice anywhere we wanted to go, from Soverato to Tropea. We had a birthday party for 50 of our extended cousins and it worked out perfectly. The extra costs we paid (use of the van, daily cleaning, driving, and pool heating) were extremely fair and reasonable. Biggest tips -- have the pool heated even in June, and have the ladies come for daily cleaning - truly made it feel like a 5 star resort. Davide deserves tremendous credit for building such a special place in such a beautiful place in Calabria.

Traumurlaub! Die Wohnung ist schön – die Küche gut ausgestattet. Große Terrasse mit Draußen-Essbereich unter einem Pavillon und Grill. Der Pool war toll für die Kinder, außerdem gibt es noch einen Whirlpool. Luisa war unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben Obst, Gemüse und Eier von den Hühnern aus dem Garten bekommen – alles schmeckt wahnsinnig gut und wir haben uns wie im Schlaraffenland gefühlt. Supermärkte und viele Restaurants sind nicht weit und mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Die Umgebung und die vielen Strände waren atemberaubend und schön leer. Die Jahreszeit und das Wetter waren perfekt, besonders für Familien, denn das Meer ist im Oktober noch warm. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und wären gerne noch länger geblieben.

Siamo stati ospiti del Sig. Francesco alla Formaggera per una settimana. La Formaggera é situata in un luogo unico per il paesaggio che la circonda e un po' incantato per l'atmosfera satura di storia che vi si respira. La casa é semplice, ma deliziosamente arredata; la cucina é ben organizzata e dotata di tutto il necessario ed é possibile pranzare e cenare all'esterno, al fresco. Lontani dal caos, ci si riposa all'ombra dei pini, circondati da fichi d'india e dalla natura Calabra. La bellissima piscina e il suo patio coperto, molto apprezzato nelle calde giornate, sono certamente un punto di forza. Il mare é vicino e nel centro abitato più prossimo ci sono supermercati e molti altri negozi tra cui segnalo l'ottimo caseificio Lagani e la vicina pasticceria. Il borgo di Badolato, a qualche km, é da visitare.

This place is a gem!!! Includes an adorable home with multiple outdoor dining areas, pool (shared between a couple of villas), and a stunning private beach (down 400 steps but well worth it!). Our mixed age group (2 year old, 92 year old and 3 adults) absolutely loved it! Was a beautiful escape and felt like we were getting a taste of the region. We loved spending time at the pool and cooking in the kitchen. For those who may have trouble with stairs - one bedroom is ground floor, two are upstairs. It is only a few minutes drive from some great restaurants, and 20 minute drive to Tropea. Definitely recommend having a car if you stay here.

Highly recommended for people who expect privacy. It’s a modest but Clean and comfortable apartment. All things in descrption were found inside although it takes a bit time to guess for example how to turn on THE washing machine ,THE oven or warm Water. Instructions from Valentina are however clean. You can chill outside with beautiful view of perfectly maintained garden and sea view . THE biggest plus is also Access to beautiful pool, water is clean and its pretty big, circa 18 metres of length. Valentina is very caring person and despite not being present in Calabria , she gives all details about check in, house rules , places to visit, where to eat or buy local cheese. That was very helpful for us and I’m sure without her tips we would be unaware of many things around.

Mi estadía en el bungalow fue simplemente maravillosa. El lugar es muy moderno, cómodo y estaba impecable. Todo el entorno es un verdadero jardín hay flores, césped bien cuidado, animales y una conexión con la naturaleza que invita al descanso. Las vistas son preciosas, especialmente el atardecer que se puede apreciar en total tranquilidad desde la piscina por ejemplo la cuál está en un lugar cerrado entonces se puede disfrutar en cualquier momento del día. La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca del aeropuerto a solo 10 minutos y llegar es fácil porque está bien señalizado. Además el anfitrión fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, lo que hizo la experiencia aún mejor. Ideal para quienes buscan un lugar tranquilo, rodeado de verde y con todas las comodidades. ¡Lo súper recomiendo!

The apartment is very well located in the heart of Tropea’s old town, with the most beautiful sea-view. There are several very good restaurants nearby. It was quite hot and there was only one fan. Would have been nice to have had a second one, especially at night. Other than that, we can highly recommend this spacious and very well equipped apartment. Massimo was more than helpful with everything. He gave us many good recommendations where to eat, grocery shopping, etc.

Het is een prachtig verblijf met een rustig privé strand. De omgeving is ook erg rustig. Fijne locatie voor als je privacy wilt, maar toch niet op genieten van de luxe. Maar zeker ook aan te raden met een gezin. Erg overzichtelijk. Het water aan het strand is helderblauw. We voelden ons erg fijn in het huisje!

Wir waren zu zweit bei Silvio und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es gab ein großes Bett und eine große, sehr bequeme Schlafcouch. Parken konnten wir vor dem Haus an der Straße und von dort die Gegend erkunden. Silvio war für uns ein immer erreichbarer sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der uns auch beim Kauf einer Immobilie weiterhelfen konnte. Pizzo und die Umgebung sind eine Reise wert, schöne Altstadt und viele sehr gute Restaurants (unbedingt beim Dante den Pistazien Tartuffo essen) mit herrlich langen einsamen Stränden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tutto perfetto nell’appartamento di Domenico. Il posto è bellissimo e ha decisamente superato le mie aspettative. Appartamento silenzioso, dotato di tutto; ci sono anche le zanzariere ad ogni finestra, il phon, l’olio, il sale… Appena sono entrata mi sono sentita a casa. Tutto è inoltre davvero pulito e tenuto benissimo. Domenico è stato super gentile e disponibile, per tutta la durata del mio soggiorno. E per finire la posizione è perfetta. A soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, è sufficientemente lontano per godersi anche il silenzio e la tranquillità. 10 e lode su tutto!

Paradijselijk plek, jaren 1980/1990 wat een heerlijke plek om te zijn! Warm buiten douchen, BBQ werkt goed en elke dag met je voetjes in het zand ontbijten en of lunchen. Met recht een super host, dank je wel Rino 😎

We had a lovely stay! The home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive and friendly. The space had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. As there are people upstairs and downstairs, we had to be quiet (I have 2 children under the age of 2), if you have children just be mindful before booking as you will be reminded to keep it down. You will also need to take bedding off and bins outside yourself at the end of your stay. One thing to keep in mind: the location is quiet seaside village style. It’s a peaceful and quiet area, which we appreciated, but taxis and ride-shares were hard to come by. If you’re planning to stay here, having your own car or arranging transportation in advance is a good idea. We made friends with locals who helped us out with ride shares. Overall, a great experience — especially if you’re looking for a quiet retreat and don’t mind being a little outside the city center!

We had the best stay at Bruno’s place! It offers everything you need, plus it is very clean and pretty. There is a wonderful garden and a beautiful terrace. The location in Drapia up on the mountain is suitable for people who like it calm and enjoy the slow living lifestyle for vacation. Bruno and his wife are definitely the nicest hosts we ever got to know and we are so happy we decided to stay with them! Bruno offers help wherever he can and has perfect knowledge of what the area has to offer. All in all a perfect vacation we will not forget! We‘ll definitely come back :)

Mario’s place is a fabulous one in the gorgeous and historic Sera San Bruno. The place was super comfortable, and decorated in a retro 80s style. Lots of thought has gone into providing a well-equipped and stylish place. Although on a main street, the neighbourhood was safe and quiet, with easy parking too. So much to see in the area. Mario provided great tips for us to visit in the area. Communication with Mario was great and he made sure we had everything we needed. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt 🤗 die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, alles war blitzsauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sogar Kaffee stand bereit ☺️ Das Bad ist sehr komfortabel, ein Highlight ist die Aussendusche und das Kochen unter freiem Himmel. Der Strand ist nicht so schön, es lohnt sich aber defenitiv weiter südlich zu fahren. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und sehr schnell. Mario hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und eingewiesen. Danke für diese schöne Woche, absolut zu empfehlen 👍🏽

The house is very nice, in the middle of the mountains, it has a little garden, if you travel with kids is great, and for us, we had breakfast outside. Bedrooms comfortable and Andrea was always helpful. Thanks!

Romy house è l' alloggio di cui hai bisogno per del sano relax; è immerso nel verde, la mattina al tuo risveglio sentirai solo lo scrosciare dell'acqua del ruscello e qualche animale da cortile in lontananza...ci sono venuta con i miei cani, Romina è stata super gentile e disponibile, inoltre è una delle poche persone che non mi ha nemmeno chiesto di che taglia fossero alla prenotazione La casa è curata nei dettagli e una lode particolare va al letto che è super comodo!!! grazie mille Romina per averci ospitato 😘

Ampi spazi, posizione strategica, finiture e arredi minimal ma di gusto e pulizia impeccabile. Così come il rapporto con l'host. Abbiamo trascorso una fantastica settimana all'insegna di tranquillità, bei paesaggi e cibo eccellente. Ci torneremo e la consigliamo vivamente. Grazie a Luigi e famiglia

Ottima struttura sotto ogni punto di vista, molto pulita, moderna e con tutte le comodità. Host Luciana cordiale e disponibile...ci siamo trovati Benissimo.

Struttura molto carina, ubicata in un'area tranquilla. Ottima per riposare o per chi viaggia per motivi di lavoro. Non adatta invece per disabili e per chi ha problemi con le gambe o con la schiena. Elevata su 2 piani ulteriori al piano terra, si è mantenuto un certo stile antico con ripide scale in legno comunicanti tra un piano e l'altro. Nell'ultimo piano è ubicata la stanza da letto con bagno e doccia. Al primo piano vi è un carino salottino fornito di servizi igienici e doccia. Non è disponibile la connessione Wi-fi, ma da mobile ci si può collegare ad Internet molto bene (ad eccezione della cucina a piano terra dove c'è meno linea). Alessandra ha fornito diversi dettagli utili e si è dimostrata comprensiva, venendo incontro ad alcune mie esigenze. Si fa presente che Google Maps va un po' in tilt e confonde la reale posizione della struttura, ma basta seguire i riferimenti di Alessandra e si trova abbastanza facilmente. Ottimo punto per chi ha degli impegni in loco.

Wärmste Empfehlung für Danilos Unterkunft! Die Wohnung liegt in einem charmanten Dorf, etwa 15 Minuten von den Stränden entfernt. Besonders praktisch: Eine hervorragende Trattoria befindet sich direkt im Ort und ist bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Danilo war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr flexibel beim Check-In und hat uns persönlich empfangen – ein sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber!

Wonderful location - private, serene, and gorgeous. Philip and Antonia were lovely hosts, they took care to provide lots of recommendations and explain the house. The house itself is beautiful and had all the necessities for us to stay in and cook for the week, especially using the sweet local red onions! The view is incredible and the private beach was our daily exercise - we loved it! We'll be back!
