The garden offers convenient parking for up to two or three cars. There is also a covered outdoor shower with hot and cold water, ideal for returning from the beach.

The holiday home "Ca' Alessandra" is located in Carloforte and offers a welcoming environment for a vacation with your loved ones. The 80 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate up to 6 people. Amenities include a TV, air conditioning, washing machine, and a video game console. The holiday home features a private covered terrace, furnished for you to enjoy drinks and relax outdoors.

Forget all your worries in this oasis immersed in the purest Mediterranean nature. From the large patio you can enjoy the view of the vineyard and the beautiful and quiet surrounding countryside. Two bedrooms can comfortably accommodate 4 people, and the kitchen provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. To reach the house, you need to travel 1.5 km of dirt road. The road is accessible, but inevitably there are irregularities on the road surface. !NO WI-FI!

Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

The Munai experience is a rejuvenating combination for those who choose to disconnect from their routine and experience what our area offers in an authentic and genuine way. The watchword in Munai is: relax in full autonomy. Perfect for couples. Wooden structure with fabric and canvas covers, equipped with 2-3 beds. Inside, it has a bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink, and shower. To complete our offer, there is the bar tent and the service tent.

The house is located in the historic center of Sant'antioco and is spread across two floors. On the ground floor is the living area with sofa, TV and kitchen with all appliances (refrigerator, oven). There is also a courtyard with a large barbecue and table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners. On the second floor, there are the two bedrooms and the bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine.
