Sweet Home Feet in the Sand

Our house is new, bright, ventilated and cozy, 50 meters from Praia Grande, one of the best beaches in Ilhabela! There are three air-conditioned bedrooms, with bed and bath linens, two of which are en-suites. The kitchen is complete, with a microwave, appliances and all the utensils. The living room has a smart TV with Sky HD. We have Wi-Fi, parking, a washing machine, balcony, barbecue area, shower and sea view. There are good restaurants, a pizzeria, bars, market, wine cellar, bakery and pharmacy nearby.

We are in the south of Ilhabela, a 20-minute drive from the ferry, 5 minutes from the beaches of Veloso and Curral and 500 meters from the charming Praia das Conchas. The house is new in the typical style of the Island, in the gated community of Ilhabela Greens, close to the quiet beach of Veloso and the popular Curral. It accommodates 4 people in the 2 bedrooms, with 2 more on the sofa bed in the living room. It is very well planned to provide sea views from the entire house. We have contracted high-speed internet to enable a 'home office.'

Houseboat, on the sand & charming...

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
