We had a great stay. Clean, spacious, easy to use kitchen, wonderful hot water system, VERY comfortable bed, easy walk to shops and eateries. TV a good size and despite no WIFI we could access our Netflix account. Automated front gate Leigh communicated about prior, so all organised on arrival. Wonderful to have jetty at rear for boat mooring. Leigh was an easy host to communicate with. Would highly recommend. We were a couple, but two couples or a family would fit comfortably in this house. NB Stairs to climb.

Thank you to Simon & Josh for a wonderful 2 night stay at your gorgeous cottage. The booking process was seamless & you were so responsive, it made it easy for us while we were on the road. The cottage itself is beautifully & stylishly presented, making us feel welcome & cosy. You have a flair for design! Thought has gone into every detail to ensure a comfortable & relaxing stay, including providing bread & milk (asking us pre-arrival what our preference was!). We loved the alfresco dining area & cottage garden setting, including the chooks, they were a delight! And so quiet. Even though the studio is behind the main house, it felt very private. The location is perfect, set in a lovely, picturesque neighbourhood of Mildura, walking distance to the riverfront, cafes & Mildura’s ‘eat street’, Langtree Ave. We would retreat here again without hesitation & will definitely recommend it to our friends!

Laura’s place us huge and very creatively styled. The giant TV and pool table are heaps of fun and the bed is really comfy. We stayed in winter, when it was really cold, and the two heaters did their job brilliantly. It’s a bit hard to find the property at first, and it’s a bit out of the way if you want to get to restaurants and things, but you won’t find anything else this huge and stylish in Mildura, so it’s well worth it.

This new modern architect designed 2brm Airbnb on the banks of the Darling River is the best place we have stayed in over many years. Nearly all Mildura/Wentworth listings are in suburbia, but not this one. What's more, access to the river is right there through the gate. Sitting up in bed watching pelicans glide or a paddle steamer pass through down the river is just gorgeous. The environment is serene and beautiful. Easy parking and complete privacy while at the same time the security of the hosts discreetly on the property but not in view is perfect for a relaxing holiday. Everything is thought of and the photos don't do it justice. It ticks all the boxes with added bonuses like European chairs and an amazing bathroom but most of all the location has us planning a return trip when the days are longer to enjoy sightseeing in the area before coming back to bbq and wine outside watching the sunset. Extremely good value too when comparing other listings with what you get here.
