The apartment has a great standard of construction, you can see that a large investment was made in the structure and furniture. I liked the air conditioning with heating and the shower with heating. In addition to the beds, it also has a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

We loved the apartment, my husband and I went for work so the location was great, clean and well organized, you can make some meals there if you need to since the apartment is well equipped for that, when we go again we will try to get the same place to stay!

Everything we needed the apartment provided, from cleaning items to kitchen items, the apartment itself is very beautiful. The building has a great infrastructure, extremely clean and organized, has a lift and a paid laundry. The reception service is extremely friendly and helpful. The building does not have its own parking, and in front of it, it is not possible to park. But it has paid parking nearby, where I paid the daily rate, which is around 30 reais, and you have access to the vehicle 24 hours a day. Renê is extremely polite and was extremely helpful in everything I needed and responds quickly. It helped everything I needed. I will definitely stay with my wife again.

The house is excellent, very large. Paranely accommodates 12 people. Beds are good, and top-notch covers and towels. In the kitchen there is a lot of utensil, and facita if you want to do something. We were very well accommodated.

A very dear and attentive host, the communication with her was very easy, always made things clear and helped us a lot regarding the check in, we literally had no problem. The location is very good, close to several things, shopping, bar, restaurant and still can be a quiet place to get to and walk there.

The place is simple, but it serves the stay well for the price paid. The neighborhood is further away from the center, but with a bakery less than 100 meters away and a restaurant with lunch for R$ 20.00, 50 meters from the house. In addition, a few blocks from the house, the neighborhood has good shopping with some restaurants, a supermarket, pharmacies and other stores.

The apartment served us perfectly! It has everything you need, and the shower is wonderful! The location is excellent, so much so that sometimes we left the car in the garage and do everything on foot. The structure of the building is great, with 24h gatekeepers and automatic activation of the gate by the license plate (practical), and it also has a market.

Second time I stayed in Zenaide's apartment and everything was impeccable, just like the first time. She is always kind, the apartment is clean and comfortable and the people who stay at the entrance are lovely.
