Excellent property! Everything is very clean and new furniture. The neighborhood is collaborative, there was no excessive noise during my stay. Market and pharmacy are approximately 1km away, Jockey shopping is also very close. I recommend it.

In the ad there was kitchen oil, which was not on site, nor a lighter for the stove, in order for Vera, who is the one who helps the hostess, she asked me why I was going to cook, because people do not usually make their own meal at the AP. I ended up calling delivery. In addition, we already knew that it was a more retired place, because I know the neighborhood. Otherwise, everything is ok.

My stay was very good, the apartment is exactly as described. Very clean, all working well. Great location, making it easy for me to spend there. Seu Nilton always responds quickly when necessary!!!

First of all, Fernando and Roseli were impeccable. Super helpful, polite and willing to help us with any questions. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures and in the description. Everything was clean and organized to welcome us. The place is cozy, quiet, well located and made us feel safe. We managed to do several things on foot.

When I entered the apartment I felt a sensation that I didn't feel anywhere, organized, wonderful smell of fabric softener on the bed linen. Everything perfect!!!

Super cozy and clean house, I loved my stay

The apartment is charming, it has everything that is essential for a quiet and comfortable stay. We had great nights of sleep because it is extremely quiet. The region is perfect. Great for walking through the Tangua Park. We went to a festival in the quarry and didn't need to go or come back by Uber, the path is quiet and it doesn't take more than 15 minutes on foot. It's worth it!

Great apartment in a convenient location within walking distance of grocery store, bakery, restaurants and shops! Enough space for our family of 4 during a 7-night stay. Ana was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. The apartment was very clean and the building amenities were beautiful with reserved parking spaces in the garage below, which made us feel very safe at all hours. We would definitely stay there again!
