A 70 m2 house renovated with the help of an architect, with an exterior offering a magnificent view of the entire village. On the ground floor, it includes a large living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen; a double bedroom with a shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is a second, very spacious bedroom with an ensuite shower room and toilet. Ideal for having a good time with family or friends. I am passionate about my region, gardening and restoring my property. Indeed, the house used to be a presbitery. I would be delighted to welcome my guests in the separate dovecote renovated as a cosy guestroom. You have at your disposal a kettle with coffee, tea and sweets, as well as a fridge and a microwave. You can also enjoy and relax in the garden (of a surface of over 5000m²). The accomodation is in the locality Saint Denis, just three kilometers away from the town. See you soon!

The Buttonhole

The gite at La Boutonnière is part of a traditional longère set in the quiet countryside near the village of Sully. It has two bedrooms, each with either a double or two single beds, a large living room and a fully fitted kitchen. There is also a garden outside for guests to use and secure storage for bikes. The gite is located near the Morvan National Park, close to many good walking, cycling and climbing areas, and of course, very close to the vineyards of Cote de Beaune.
